Horrible customer service. Allowed a fraudulent charge of more than $400 to my debit card. I called to get a copy of the receipt of purchase or to get a refund and was told they cannot provide a copy or make a refund. Had to call three times to be able to speak to the "right" manager. She did not care about the fraudulent purchase and had no desire to help recover the funds that were stolen from me and used at her store.

I go there looking for my daughter some shoes. I find some that was on sale. On sale for $59.99. the lady ringe me up. All of a sudden they $89.99. we go back and forth a bit bout the price. The other employee checks out the shoe. Sure enough, the price is 59.99. she calls her manager that does nothing but say what price it rings up for is what it is. Then the cashier tries 2 point out some other shoes on a table. I jus walked out the store. I will never shop there again. If u can't honor a price that you put on something then you don't need to be in business. Jus horrible customer service..

Awful. Very unprofessional. Horrible customer service. I was suppose to exchange a shoe they "ordered" for me because they no longer had the size I needed. I never received a call saying the shoe was in. Everytime I called to inquire about the situation the manager was never there and the "assistant manager" had no knowledge to help. After being told many times I will receive a call from the manager that I never got, I asked the "assistant manager" why you didn't call me back the next morning like you said you were? She replied "o I forgot." Long story short its been a month and I still have yet to receive the shoe and I will never give this place my business again.

Love This place. They greet you when you walk in. Let you shop without bothering you, but let you know that they are ready to assist.. great deals and quick checkout. Will definitely be back

I like some of the selections at this location .. But after clarifying with cashier if i cant fit the items can i bring it back .her response yes . well sure enough it was time to return . and i spotted on the receipt NO RETURNS .. I think the problem would have been avoided if she stated no returns. Point blank

Not for me. Great service but selection is not that good. Parking is also a hassle at certain times.
