The Stone Gallery is the Gulf South’s one-stop shop for Premium Quality Natural stone, Cabinetry, and Tile. We serve the Gulf South from our 1+ acre stone yard in Harahan, Louisiana. We offer top quality material at wholesale prices to every customer. Please visit us for a golf cart tour of our large selection of Premium Quality marble, granite, quartzite, quartz, and travertine or have our on-staff cabinet design team create your dream cabinets. You can also take a tour of our “virtual stone yard” on our website, www.stonegalleryno.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Carolyn, Johnny, and The Stone Gallery team were great to work with! We appreciated the transparent pricing they offer & they provided great customer service. All team members were friendly and helpful. They were diligent about limiting the number of customers and wearing masks. The Stone Gallery had a large selection of stones and the team helped us zero in on the one that worked best for our project. After our slab was delivered to the fabricator, the fabricator raised some questions about the coloring of the slab. Johnny was very responsive & helped us work through the concerns quickly. We're also very happy with the fabricator we selected from their recommendations. Overall, very pleased with our experience with the Stone Gallery -- would use them again & would definitely recommend them!
I went to a lot of places looking for a slab for my countertops and The Stone Gallery really stood out in a number of ways. I loved that their website had details on what was available on the yard and what shipments were coming in. The customer service was *chef’s kiss*. Everyone there just seemed so happy and truly loved the work that they do. The slabs that they have are truly stunning. I was just in awe of the beauty and quality. If you’re looking for show stopping pieces, this is the place! Even the tilethat I glanced at in the showroom was so beautiful, special, and unlike anything I’d seen anywhere else. They were super responsive and gave me a number of fabricators to work with when the one I initially had fell through. I loved how transparent they were about the pricing, so I could actually know if I was wasting my time or not and focus on stones in my price range. They even give you a little folder with the slab names, dimensions, and pricing at the end. Finally, I felt that the pricing was pretty comparable to the other places I’d been to despite the quality and general experience really being night and day. In the midst of a stressful renovation, The Stone Yard was the highlight and it’s just so inspiring to see a family business hit it out of the park in this way.
Johnny Altobello owner and his staff were a delight to work with during our recent extensive kitchen renovation. Designer Kylie Griffin worked with us to give us exactly the layout and cabinets and tile we wanted. Johnny himself drove us around the stoneyard of fine quality stone several times as we held up wood and tile samples against stone slabs. He also referred us to an excellent contractor and subcontractors. As a result, we got exactly the kitchen we desired. I would highly recommend The Stone Gallery and would deal with them again.
This is the only place i shop for one- of-a-kind stone. Really impressed with the knowledgeable staff. Prices were very reasonable for the premium quality. Must see in person to get the full effect!
I have done a lot of stone shopping with our renovation business and have never been treated so well. I haven't even purchased anything from the Stone Gallery yet but plan to move all my business there. Love that they give the purchaser the pricing so over having to go through a fabricator, that they educate you on stone varieties-even talk you out of more expensive stone if its not ideal for the use, and you can tell their family loves what they do. I don't write a lot of reviews, but I was so excited to find this place.
I'm in the process of remodeling my entire master bathroom in Slidell, LA & had visited 2 tile stores near me with less than ideal experiences. Neither of them acted liked they were even interested in handling my project, 1 didn't even carry the tile I was looking for & the other was rude, slow & seemed very disorganized. for such a large investment, it was important to me that I feel comfortable working with the people who'll be handling the job. After over 6 weeks of headaches & rigamarole, I was considering settling & going with options I wasn't all that wild about at a cost I wasn't comfortable with. Thankfully, I did a little more research online & found The Stone Gallery. Unlike the flooring stores I had looked at, the Stone Gallery actually handles entire kitchen & bath remodels from the design, layout, cabinets, countertops, floors, backsplashes & even showers. Besides big box, I didn't think anyone did 1 stop shop like that. On a whim, I decided to take the short trip across the lake to check out their showroom & over an acre stone yard - I am so glad I did! I wish I would've known about them before wasting so much time & frustration going to the floor stores! The showroom was amazing & the entire staff of was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & courteous. It's actually a locally owned, multi-generational family business which is nice to see. I like to shop local & support our local family businesses. Also, I know they've been around & will be around to take care if anything I may need in the future. They met with me as a walk in without an appointment & most importantly, they listened to what I was looking for & what my challenges were. Without hesitation, they immediately went to work on helping me find solutions that suited my space, my taste & my budget! On a side note, Their eye for design & coloring was very impressive - I didn't even realize they did that kind of thing. Come to find out - they actually have 2 certified designers on staff and can do entire layout design & the whole shabang. I don't write many reviews, but these guys really do deserve the praise. For all the hassle I'd been through prior, they saved the day by listening & walking me through exactly what I needed to achieve my desired result. They were even able to order the materials & get them in under 1 week! This type of true customer service speaks volumes about a business, especially these days when it is such a rarity. The Stone Gallery has just earned themselves a customer for life & I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Way to go on a job well done!
First rate company and professional people. Johnny and his team/family have the highest quality stone and cabinets in the city. Many of the famous and important names in the city trust their kitchens and baths to the Stone Gallery. I give my highest recommendation to them, drop in and see for yourself.
