When a true craftsman takes pride in their work it shows through in the results and Classic definitely prides themselves on giving you the best they have to offer. I was amazed by their work and I know you will be too. 10/10 wouldn't go with anyone but them
I recently had the carpet replaced in my master bedroom and closets with Century 3/4" oak flooring. I was fortunate to locate the same product that I purchased several years ago. Classic Hardwood Floors, LLC was selected to do the installation. They were extremely professional in providing a detailed estimate, accommodated my schedule for the three day installation, prepped the entire area, removed and hauled away all old carpet, trash and debris from the job site. The installers were true craftsmen using the latest tools and techniques to complete the job on time. They kept the job site neat and clean by neatly stacking their tools in an appropriate place and sweeping clean all dust and debris at the end of each day's work. They provided custom made trim to my fireplace and had it stained to match the finished floor perfectly, I highly recommend contacting Classic Hardwood Floors, LLC for a professional installation, I was certainly glad I did and was completely satisfied with the quality of their wok and personnel. The only good thing about this company is the office adminstrator. Mario was scheduled to begin work on my parents home. With two sick parents, I scheduled a date, went to pick out wood floors to do some repairs. After riding all over the city with the same sick parents trying to locate wood, Mario indicated that everything was good to go. We explained that we could not find the exact wood as it was discontinued. We went to 5 stores and all sales people told us that it was not an exact match but an experienced person would have no problems doing the repairs . We contacted Mario's office several times and was scheduled to start. That date comes and goes there is silence. I had my mother make an attempt to call since I was out of town and would be unavailable. We were instructed to take the wood out so they could come look.at it and let it breathe. Fine. Mario's brother says there's an issue and he would take a sample and see what can be done to make the wood work. To this day, I have not heard from Mario. We contacted the office again after a week and Mario hung up on my mother 3x. Finally , we contacted the office assistant and explained what happened. She apologized but nothing came of it. So my mother is sitting there with over $200 of flooring sitting in the middle of the floor until I can get back in town to move. THANKS MARIO!!
