This is our favorite trail to walk. Lots of beautiful critters to see if you go often and keep an eye out for them. Foxes, raccoons, bunnies, birds, chipmunks, toads, little harmless snakes, pocket gophers, beavers, bats, toads, frogs, and geckos. We see a variety of these critters on a regular basis. The trail is paved, but the city does a poor job of filling the cracks. There are a few different trails and it run next to the Virgin River. The park has a large open parking lot with handicapped parking and fits larger towing vehicles. Wheelchairs can easily go all the way down these trails, but you have to occasionally maneuver over the occasional big cracks in the trail. It’s manageable though and it’s got beautiful views. Playground: No playground. Restrooms: 4 public restrooms right by the parking lot. There are also 2 drinking fountains to fill your water bottles. Dog-friendliness: Great place for dogs. Lots of open grassy areas to run and play and there are often dogs on the trail. Picnic area: There’s a pavilion and a few picnic tables.
I love running here, I run the mayors loop. 3 miles in there is a sewer smell so I don't run here as often as I should. Really popular place for runners.
Excellent experience. I had to stop to rest as I drove from Fruitland Utah to Santa Monica [ the end * Route 66* ] California 90401..USA. I hook up with Starlink ROAM.
Cute park with lots of bike/walking trails, including some that cross over/follow the Virgin River.
Clean, beautiful, spacious park near the rivers' junction and trails' junctions. It has nice restrooms with refrigerated drinking fountains outside. Great place to take a break from the convention center nearby. There is a bike repair station along with electric scooters to rent via the Spin app.
Three trailheads with over 50 miles of paved trails to explore. One of my favorite spots to start a walk, run, scooters or bike. My kids love to skimboard here too. Great place to get out and enjoy the fresh air and see some nature. Highly recommended!!!
I love the place it so convenient. The only thing I could say about this place from getting there and leaving. Is you have to watch out for all the bikes that are going too fast they run me off the bike path. as I'm walking.
Nice park near the convention center that connect with walking and biking trails along the Virgin River. The park itself is well maintained, has clean restrooms, picnic tables, large grassy area and motorized spin scooters for rent. The paved hiking trail is well signed and not only has directions to other parks & sites but has interpretive signs on the history of the area.
Went to the Donor in Disguise walk for DonorConnect. We walked to honor our son Jayden and another donor Grady. Beautiful park, very cool bridges, the views and trails are phenomenal. Bathrooms were clean.
Stopped there to let my dog run around. Then we found the scooters lol. my god son and I loved the scooter rentals. Great park and great area to enjoy some recreation.
