Services offered are:
1. Tuesday evening general clinic for minor illnesses and limited assistance for chronic illnesses. Call main number for an appointment.
2. Tuesday afternoon Continued Care Clinic staffed by a nurse practitioner. This clinic provides follow up care for those who have chronic illnesses. By appointment only.
3. Women's health clinic held every third Thursday of each month. Free pap tests, physical exams and referrals for free mammograms for those who qualify. Call the main number to make an appointment.
4. Diabetes Education Classes. Free to the public. Held every third Tuesday at the clinic. Call the main number for more information.
5. Community Health Worker consultation for assistance with housing, insurance sign up and other basic needs. Call the main number for more information.
6. Spanish interpreter available.
Our mission is to welcome, in the spirit of Christ, any resident of Ottawa or Allegan County who are uninsured or under-insured and need treatment for minor health concerns. The clinic is staffed by volunteers, including professional, licensed medical providers, nurses, and social workers.
