East Hill Wellbeing is a community at Cornell dedicated to improving health and reducing stress for folks at and around East Hill!
Each of us has stresses in our lives at work and at home. Most of us would like to improve our physical or emotional health. To this end we created the East Hill Wellbeing Committee. We are striving to create a community of folks who are interested in their wellbeing. And this isn't just about eating better or exercising. This also includes programs and seminars that help us relax, bond with common interests, and improve the quality of our lives. We will offer a variety of events and programs, and hope that each of you contributes your own ideas and suggestions. The idea is to work together and create a community of folks who are not only interested in their own wellbeing, but will help inspire and motivate their peers. A few ideas we've had so far include knitting time, walking time, book club, and instructional seminars on various topics.
You are also welcome to approach any of the individual group members with ideas and comments: Laurie Cecere, Tanya Grove, Laurie Conlon, Peter Korolov
