Visited the other day with my daughter to get her ears pierced not too long ago. Since it was her first time getting it done she was very nervous and scared but a young blonde girl Vera I believe, did a great job connecting with my daughter to ensure everything was alright, She was with her the whole time and tried her best to distract her from the procedure. Additionally, the work was accomplished with skill and professionalism throughout the duration of the project, and helped my daughter find what she wanted afterwards and provided great recommendations. Very qualified for the position, and it was evident that she had a great deal of expertise in her field. I will be requesting Vera the next time I revisit Claire's for another piercing.

The jewelry here is super cute and creative! I love the fact that they have clip earrings for people who don’t have pierced ears, like myself. They also carry fashion accessories, phone cases, small makeup kits, and the like. Prices are comparable to other mall shops. The cashiers are friendly and pleasant. If there’s one thing they could improve on, the music that they play throughout the store could be a bit quieter.

Savion was awesome helping me. He was the only person working and it was super busy but he did a great job of multitasking and keeping customers happy. Need more ppl like him.

they made my daughter ear piercing and it was a good experience the person who took care of me was very patient and understanding that she was my first girl and that she did not want me to cry a lot but I recommend them 100% take their work very seriously

Always find cute things for my great granddaughter there. She loves shopping there.
