Very helpful staff. I am a handicapped senior. They did not hold that against me. They went out of their way to find my size for me. It's difficult when you have different handicaps that prevent you from making a simple purchase. I am petite. Most pants are very long for me. No problem. They can get me petite. They took time with me. It paid off. They made a sale and I was happy with my purchase! I greatly appreciated their time and effort. I will go back again. They told me I can even order online. If they are out of the size they offered to get it in quickly. Nice people.
I understand the retail world - as I work in it. Therefore I understand some people are going to try and be slick and try and steal things. However, when I walk into a store, pick something up off the shelf, continue to walk to the dressing room to try it on - instead of the customer service I should be receiving someone to even let me in a room - comments and accusations are made, I'm assuming used as some sort of preventive action, making me not want to shop there at all I didn't even try what I had wanted to on. I've spent a significant amount of money here in the past and unfortunately that won't be he same in the future because I am so dissatisfied with how I've been treated.
We did all of our daughter's back to school shopping here! Very busy, but they had a lot of really nice clothes for our high schooler.
