My second time taking my car thru the wash...I heard good things about this place...and I don't like the heavy brushes at most washes.... they were very careful with my car and the detailing work I can still see the shine 2 weeks later !!!!!! Great customer service

Fantastic job overall! For quick wash they are on point especially for the price.  For their detailing services, Steve pays very close attention to everything,  very fair pricing.  Been coming here for 25 years, and I don't forsee that changing.

I've been getting my car detailed here for years. I took it today for an interior detailing, paid $255, and they neglected to do simple things like wipe down the rear view mirror and interior windows and windshield. My car was definitely very dirty so I didn't mind paying but I was expecting a clean car.Service:&nbsp;Auto detailing

I've taken every car I've owned over the past 10+ years. the service is always great, clean clean cars, and always fast.  and the Owner is cool as hell! don't stop in near as often since I moved but he still remembers me and always has good conversations. He's the man and his business is top notch

Unfortunately, I can't say my experience here lived up to my expectations after reading the reviews.  Although there are several other chain carwashes nearby, I wanted to support a local small business.  I brought my SUV here that was definitely in need of a good cleaning.  The exterior had what I considered to be a fairly normal amount of dirt/pollen on it, and the inside definitely needed a good vacuuming and wipe down of surfaces.  Really, nothing I'd consider out of the ordinary or excessively dirty.  When I pulled up to the car wash a friendly woman asked what service I wanted, and I mentioned I was a new customer and my car needed a good interior & exterior cleaning.  She asked if I wanted the interior to be Armor All'd, I said "yes", and I also agreed to having the tires cleaned.  She said that the exterior of my car would require an extra treatment of enzymes to fully clean off the dirt/pollen and it would be $10 additional.  This seemed odd to me, but I agreed to it.  In total I paid $48 for the car wash.  While I was inside the building I noticed a menu of "add-on" services, and didn't see anything about "dirt removing enzyme treatment", and it was listed as an "extra charge" on my receipt.  The two guys who cleaned my car after it went through the car wash seemed to really put a lot of effort into it, so I tipped them each $10.  When I got home, I took a good look at my car and felt really disappointed.  I could still see some dirt on the exterior.  The carpets still had some hair/debris on them, the surface areas still had some dust.  The door jambs still looked dirty, and I had to wash the windows again myself because when you rolled them down, part of the window was still dirty.  I think it's unlikely I'll be coming back here again and will probably try the chain car washes in the future.

The best car wash in Gambrills/Crofton area. I get my vehicles cleaned here all the time. They spend time on your vehicle and make sure its done right.  Management is attentive and responsive and makes sure their customers are happy with the finished product.

This was my first time going in this car wash facility. I got the ultimate wash with add-ons such as rainX, xtreme shine, and large rub mats and paid $45. I expected a very clean car but I noticed there are still stains on the hood, there are still pollen residue at the back of my RAV4 and a straight line of dust just under the back window. My mats are cleaned, but my dashboard seemed not been wiped since it is still dusty.  It seemed clean but I guessed I should have gotten the more pricier services. Overall, my Rav4 is cleaned but not thoroughly cleaned. Staff are friendly and the facilities are cleaned as well. Services were fast too.

It really does sadden me to be writing this review after today’s experience. I have been a faithful customer to this car wash for 13 years and I have always ranted and raved about it to my friends and family.  Over the years there has been ‘eh’ work here and there that I wasn’t pleased with but now it seems like every time I take my car here it is extremely subpar to what they used to do. I believe this has nothing to do with the owners in any way, shape or form because they are lovely hard working people. The workers themselves however are not so great. It is very clear that some workers spend a good amount of time to make your car interior very pretty, but then there are other people that just seem to not care whether the job is fully done correctly. Unfortunately the last few times that has been the case with me.  Today was the worst experience. I saw on other reviews about a girl that works there whom has been there for forever, and she is always not pleasant to interact with. Anytime I have talked to her it seems like I am a bother to her day. But I told her as soon as I gave her my car that the last time I was there there was a lot of dust and it looked like the whole dashboard and center consul was not wiped down at all. She barely acknowledged me and then when I got my car it initially seemed a lot better, but when I got home I had to finish cleaning it. None of the crumbs were taken care of and many crevices had to be wiped down that should’ve been done since that’s what I paid for. To top that off I had to finish the vacuuming of all my floors and seats, which made no sense because I already did part of their job for them by taking all of my mats out prior to even going today. I pay for the ultimate wash which is the most expensive one there and I get all of the add-ons so when I’m paying top dollar versus one of the cheaper packages, I expect borderline perfection and I am so sad that due to the workers that my business has officially been lost here.

Today I went to the shop to get my car wash Which came with the wheel clean. I drove down the street to go through the grocery store to pick up some food and notice this atrocious wheel cleaning. I would never recommend this place to get your car clean and of you do decide to get it cleaned, please inspect your rim cleaning, because there is zero attention to detail in this part of the cleaning processServices:&nbsp;Auto detailing
