Went here for my birthday gift to myself on September 9 @noon SMH everything went really well UNTIL it was time for my full body massage! Atmosphere great,clean, organized,relaxing. My tech fingers kept cramping up she had to keep stopping and moving her body and fingers in a weird wayfelt like she was Dancing Very strange couldn’t relax because of of this. When the dance party was over I asked Lucia for a neck pillow she stated oh I gotta see if we have any it’s Saturday and busy! Not the response I was looking for. Prior to me going back to the massage room I was having trouble with laying the seat back to relax in the waiting area Lucia came in to call in a client before me and I asked her for help with the seat She stated she had no clue didn’t even come over to help or get assistance for me kinda rude about it. So when it was my turn and she comes in to call me I already had a bad taste about her. Don’t book with Lucia She’s not so friendly Felt like I could’ve did better having my 8 year old do my massage.left the spa unhappy

I had an outstanding experience with Andrea! Her work on my highlights was simply superb. I was initially concerned about the potential damage to my hair from the coloring process, but my hair is still in excellent condition. Andrea’s ability to care for and style ethnic hair is truly exceptional. I enthusiastically recommend her to anyone in search of a skilled and knowledgeable hairstylist.

Kirby did my body scrub and was amazing! So kind and sweet. Took her time explaining the service and products . Cant wait to return. Saturdays are little more on the busy side so the relaxation room cannot be so relaxing having the staff and customers coming in and out relaxation room. Other than that no complaints.

Be ready to be relaxed!!!  This place is so great. The receptionist takes you to a waiting room with an electric fireplace to fill out a form. Don't worry it is one page front side only. Afterwards you will be escorted to a changing/bathroom/locker room. You are given a robe, slippers and your choice of a locker to put your clothes etc in. Then there is another relaxing/waiting room. When it is time for your massage, you go to another room for your own personal experience.  I have been going to Robert Andrew for years. It has always been great. Now it is pricey but totally worth it.

The best massage I've ever had in my life.  I felt years of stress just fade away with every minute.  I got a hot stone massage and I can't recommend this massage enough.  It felt very soothing and the masseuse was accommodating to my relaxation needs.  I also got a manicure and pedicure which added to the overall experience.  This place is my go to stress relieving and relaxation destination for now on.

Enjoyed my pedicure at Robert Andrews. Top notch establishment with great customer service!!! Greeted as soon as I walked in, was walked to the nail/pedi area.  Offered complimentary beverages.  India was wonderful!  Kind and extremely professional.  Attentive to detail and seemed to genuinely care about her craft and my experience at Robert Andrews.  I will definitely return!!

I left a review via yelp the day of my service which also happened to be my birthday and initially I was ok with what I had received but upon people asking me how my day went I realized it really was nothing special. I think I was just excited to have been to a spa but once I sat back and thought about it I really just paid $550 to lounge. Although the ladies that serviced me were extremely friendly, I unfortunately think that they are trained to get people in and out. The conversation was nice but I was barely scrubbed and skin felt and looked no different, well my arms and legs that is because that all that was scrubbed that I can see. My facial was ok but again my face felt and looked no different I didn’t even feel like I had gotten a facial, there was no massage with any of the services not even my reflexology   . On yelp the owner replied saying to tech out to concierge which I did the very next day but here we are almost two weeks later with no response and just a really bad taste left in my mouth. I spoke to others who had been here before and they were shocked about how I said my experience had went but they’d also not been in a while. I definitely won’t be going back and honestly I wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve been to this place three times now and have experienced excellent customer service and treatment each time. I’ve had two managers and a facial and I would recommend this place for both. I took my sister and she also enjoyed her experience. The quiet room is a bit dated to me in comparison to other local spas that I’ve visited but that didn’t prevent me from getting a good nap after my massage; so I was definitely comfortable. All of my visits have been in the post-COVID era and I felt that the space was clean and that the technicians did great with making me feel safe. I already have future services booked and will definitely be a repeat customer going forward.

I had the best haircut of my life Thursday at Robert Andrew Salon and SpaJack’s artistry and talent is unsurpassed. Jack reads your head like a map and discovers cowlicks and any problem areas you may have. Along with your face shape and texture of hair he Is quite the expert. He is there Thurs,Friday, and Sat. Jack also has a wonderful spirit about him. Client for life

Omg, I have faithfully scheduled myself every month for the past 6 months. I have had 3 people, but Kim is by far the absolute best. She has soft hands, she is gentle when needed and always asks how can she help me with any problem areas. I'm addicted now, and I drive almost an hour to be there once a month.
