All you can eat option for Hotpot is an excellent place here in Richmond. Good value, and their menu has various items to choose from. Overall, I've enjoyed the foods and satisfied service. Free parking available on site.Food: 5/5

Second time we got there in this month. Funny! Same orders “ all you can eat” but the price was higher. The waitress was not friendly. The soup base was lower quality on weekdays, not good tasting. I was so disappointed in general. Don’t want to come back.

Probably the worst hotpot and bbq I’ve ever had. The bbq took forever to cook. Literally an hour for a chicken wing. All the marinated meats tasted so bad. Every time we put an order in , they would bring our 1/5 of the quantity that was ordered. Don’t waste your time coming here. The only thing that tasted alright was the steamed chicken rice and tofu dessert, but those are cheap items.

Super cool hot pot contraption which is three tiered, hot pot on the bottom, grill in the middle, and steamer on the top. The all you can eat menu includes all three! For all you can eat, you really do get everything you would want for hot pot from an assortment of meats, seafood, tofu, and veggies, they really do have it all. They also have osmanthus lychee jelly and homemade dessert tofu for dessert which is delicious. They even have hot dishes like claypot rice and Chinese sausage and sticky rice but those were just average in taste. However, they make up for it through the huge variety of hot pot items which were of good quality otherwise. Usually you wouldn't be able to enjoy all these if you ordered a la Carte. For the price you pay at this all you can eat, you get to order everything your heart desires.

From phoning in the reservation to leaving the restaurant, we got great service all around! The variety on the ayce menu pleased everyone and the food was excellent. We especially enjoyed the dumplings and wonton, but what was a pleasant surprise was the hot tofu dessert made in-house - simply delicious!!! Glad we came.

My favourite all you can eat hot pot restaurant for sure. They have the nicest staff; they treat me like family. I’ve been going to this restaurant for years and always the best quality meats and fresh veggies. Order the tom yum soup and don’t forget the fresh made Dough Noodles. Highly suggest the buns and condensed milk!! My friends come just for them buns !!

Decent hot pot; slightly different from your standard hot pot with two different sides to cook your food. We were confused as to what to do and where you put certain food but with a little help eventually got it.

Awesome Hot Pot place! This is my first time seeing a triple decker system for hot pot which I thought was kinda neat. The food tasted great and service was good! It was very filling, and reasonably priced. The only con is that the chicken wings took forever to cook with this triple decker system. We also received some tasty tofu desert at the end!

I hate leaving bad reviews but man clay pot has let us down so many times. We have been here so many times throughout the years and several times we come we are disrespected by staff. The experience was good to start and the staff were really attentive. But they think we don’t speak or understand Cantonese and make comments about us right in front of our table about our order or eating habits. It completely dampened our mood and experience. We had experienced this in past too a few years back which was why we didn’t come back for a while because they would judge us for thinking we only speak English and not thinking we were raised to speak/understand Cantonese. The portions have definitely gotten smaller throughout the years and when we asked to split bill with our friend they insisted we e transfer each other and one of us pay the whole bill. When I questioned it they just kept insisting that I just gave up. I understand it’s a credit card fee thing they’re trying to save but overall I would not recommend and won’t be back going forward.
