It is very rude customer service. She yell at me. That I never since for both area. Push me around tell me to stay here. Then when I go there tell again to go there. So confused. I just want to ask for where should I stand for my line for my appointment even I book for a long time. And I have appointments I just want to ask her where should I go. She is very unprofessional customer service. They Need to be nice to customers service. They treat me like discrimination. I don’t recommend anyone of my family to come here again to get a blood done. So rude and yell at you like crazy.
Nice facilities. Friendly and helpful check-in service. Inviting and clean in the waiting room. Customer service staff was prompt for validation if appointment and for scheduling future visits. The doctor was very detailed with the examination and very informative.
Free Parking is great. However, this is not an emergency hospital. Mostly routine visits and pharmacy too during regular business hours.
!!! AVOID C.C AT ALL COSTS!!! THIS HOSPITAL HAS RUINED MY LIFE! I CANT TELL YOU HOW MANY WILD GOOSE CHASES I'VE BEEN LED ON JUST TO BE DENIED ANY SORT OF MEDICAL CARE! I WAS LITERALLY JUST TOLD THAT EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT I WENT TO OVER THE PAST YEAR WAS FOR A PROBLEM THAT DIDN'T EXIST. I'VE BEEN NOTHING BUT USED, ABUSED, AND LIED TO EVER SINCE I STARTED COMING HERE! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH OR YOUR WELLBEING, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! IF YOU'RE IN PAIN, THEY'LL SPIT IN YOUR FACE! IF YOU'RE DYING, THEY'LL SEND YOU HOME! THIS PLACE IS EVIL!
So far the nurses are fantastic. Helpful, kindness, understanding, caring. Clean and neat.
I just wanted to give a shout-out to the Beachwood Cleveland clinic. It's absolutely beautiful there. I could go and just sit! And it's a place to just recoup and just breathe!
Phenomenal experience here! I cannot say enough great things about this entire experience. After a local chiropractor gave me the wrong supplements and made me severely sick, very fast, I came here to get real help. I am so glad I made this decision. I’m all about natural solutions and lifestyle changes when those are options, but when you have been harmed by irresponsible practitioners, you have to go to the best to fix it… and that’s why I came here. I wish I could give the team here that did all of my cardiology and pulmonary testing 10 stars… I appreciate you so much! Thank you for your professionalism and dedication to exceeding your reputation.
Long waiting time. I took my son there on Saturday morning and the waiting time for us was exactly 85 minutes! The staff were nice and service was good.
Fast and efficient service in the lab. Great job.
Love this place but they need to open the exits back up by the lab and xray, since most covid restrictions are relaxing
