CBHC staff work with clients in a community setting to improve their personal & social functioning, learn daily living skills and develop coping mechanisms
Welcome to the Community Behavioral Health Center! Founded in 1995, our mission has been to improve individual and community health by offering a continuum of mental healthcare from psychiatry to case management for under-served and at-risk adults, including but not limited to the elderly and recent immigrants.
We serve our community with highly-experienced and culturally sensitive staff including psychiatrists, physician assistants, registered nurses, licensed social workers and case managers. We are fully accredited by JCAHO, certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health, and accept most insurance including Medicaid and Medicare.
We emphasize mindfulness through a holistic approach that promotes wellness, healing, and recovery. Contact us to learn more about CBHC services and how we can best support your individual mental health needs and those of the surrounding community.
