I had the worse service at the Green Rd post office regarding my mail being received from my previous address to my P. O. Box. I had to go to the main post office on Orange Ave to get excellent customer service. I will be going there from now on to do ALL of my business with them. The Supervisor, Donna Adams, assisted me and made sure that everything was taken care of before I left. Please visit them for superb customer service!
I've never left a bad review before... But I literally just left this post office in tears I've never been treated so badly... I was literally REFUSED service and lied to. Luckily, another worker overheard the teller lying to me and stepped in to help. All I wanted was a box. I just wanted an M-size box, but all that was on the shelf was S-sized boxes. The teller straight to my face said, "no. We don't have them." When asked where I could get them, she said, "I dunno.. like.. any store" I spent over 30min. in there when it should have been a 5-min. visit. Why are you so mean? I was kind and polite and pleasant to you... And I got glared at, sighed at, and eyes rolled at me.... Just for asking for help? With a box? Is it that hard to do your job?
My mail is not delivered everyday. When it rains or the regular mail person is off the mail Is not delivered most of the time. And twice my daughter in law sent gift cards, and they were cut out very smoothly and put the envelope back to be delivered. It has to be done on the inside because the mail leaves the post office to your door. Something needs to be done about it. Just the other day I got a thanksgiving card I guess they thought money was in it, they did it again slit the card but, there was no money in it. I want report it but it very difficult to make a complaint.
They close at 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays, and it is always interesting to observe the behaviors & faces of the people hustling in at the last few minutes until closing to do more than purchase stamps or retrieve packages.
Not many customers inside the post office so less crowded. Service is good. Most importantly, it actually opens during official business hours!
Do you want your packages to always arrive late or be sent to the wrong place? Most importantly, do you want fragile items that are costly and irreplaceable to be shattered into pieces, despite being packed with layers upon layers of bubble wrap? Then have all of your mail processed here! It’s a guarantee that your antiques will be carelessly mishandled and tossed! And don’t bother trying to file a claim. Phone calls and complaints go unanswered and unresolved. So join the bandwagon and pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket to fix the results of somebody else’s negligence!
Was told that one of my Pallets was not paid for.After 2hrs of trying to resolve this Then it was magically paid for They didn't look at the stickers close enough But I'm the one that's Rude
Been trying to find a way to get a hold to someone here about one of their employees, his name is Rico. He’s a bit tall, super skinny he was carrying an travel pouch. Two days ago he was on the bus kept messing with this young girl who looks to be 19 maybe a bit younger not sure. He was very rude and disrespectful than was nasty to the driver to where he was kicked off. I only knew his first name cause I heard him say it and saw him coming out of the employee’s door before running to the bus. Y’all need to watch out for him he seemed like he was high the way how he was carrying on
I was totally confused about what I wanted to do I asked for help and explained what I wanted to do. An she did the rest. I was on Orange avenue. She explained everything to me as she went along.
They are friendly and despite all the bad negative reviews, and the typical service she would expect at a post office the people that with the counter at this location really try and they go out of their way for you
