I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel. The location is near shopping and food, easy access to the highway. The lounge area was very spacious and cute. The bed was so comfortable, and the showers had the perfect water pressure. My only issues was that I booked a king room with a pull out sofa bed and they gave me the regular king room. As soon as I told the front desk staff they offered to change it, but we had already got settle and didn’t want to move our things, so I would just suggest checking the room prior to settling in.
It's clear this hotel is managed very well and there is pride amongst the staff. Despite a clearly busy weekend, everyone was very courteous, professional, and helpful. Rooms and common spaces were impressive, inviting, and spotless. Despite being right off the interstate at convenient location the noise was minimal. A quiet room combined with a comfortable bed amounted to a restful stay. I love that they have a carbonated water option in the gym. Overall, this hotel stood out as exceptional amongst my travels this year. If I ever return to Cleveland, I know exactly where I will be staying. Rooms: Well appointed. Modern. Spacious feeling. Great showerhead. Comfortable beds.
Had a room Friday 9/1/23 the room was very clean until I had to use the bathroom, to discover that the toilet seat had Pee & hair on it, I didn’t bother calling the front desk because this weekend was extremely busy. I just cleaned it myself. They had a school there this weekend and also a wedding & some other functions going on. But I will never forget this stay! Room 710
The service was impeccable. Both the night manager and the morning manager were spot on and kind to my tired and weary traveling family. Rooms were clean and comfortable. However, the door to bathroom, while innovative and unique though probably a new trend in hotel room design, let in way too much light. It also was loud to open and in no way muffles the sound of those who need to evacuate their previous meals from their bodies. All I am saying is, if you don't want to hear your loved ones making #2, better turn that TV way up. All in all, a great experience.
Upon arrival, I was extremely frustrated up until I was assisted by the very nice young lady at the front desk. I believe her name was Chardae, how can I forget her name after such an amazing customer service experience. Highly recommend for anyone fly In from out of state. I didn't stay overnight or in a room at all. We were just here for a party. The food was catered here. It was just ok. They had the thickest Cesar salad dressing I've ever seen in my life. Molasses moved faster. The croutons were soggy. The chicken parm was just ok. The winner of food was the green beans, and even they were cold Staff was nice & tried to be attentive and accommodating, but it was a wash on that food.
Plenty of parking. Staff is patient, friendly, and professional. Did not have to wait long. Room was clean, has microwave and refrigerator. Wish it had a safe. Great area to stay and feel safe in neighborhood. I recommend.Rooms: 4/5
Great place, great room, great and friendly staff, close to restaurants you can literally walk across to from the hotel. Exercise room, nice pool. Only one complaint is no microwave in the hotel room but that’s ok with me on this particular trip it wasn’t necessary. Rooms: Just need a refrigerator and microwave Walkability: Restaurants near by
Great stop on our road trip from NYC to Chicago. It's a 20min drive to the rock and roll Hall of Fame but there are some nice restaurants in the hotel area. The bar and lobby were great!! The pool is small but the kids loved it.Rooms: 4/5
