I was dredging on this appointment since I did not want my 14 month baby being poked, but wow the first try the phlebotomist got it...on the first try! Great job.

Very nice staff and no pain getting my vein poked!Not bruised afterwards!

The fault lies with whomever runs this business. They need to pay them much more so they can retain staff. I rarely ever see the same phlebotomist twice. At times there may be three phlebotomists and other times, just one. Some fault lies with patients who come in unprepared or without dr orders. And yes, in some cases the orders are emailed/faxed ahead. But a lot times, those orders are not there and the phlebotomist has to call the doctor. Which ends up taking 5-10 minutes. The staff is well trained and polite, that’s the best part. Do not get frustrated with them, they are overwhelmed everyday with patients and phone calls and paperwork. Best to show up at 6:45am and stand in line. You can wait a very long time if you arrive after 8am.

This place is really small they want to stuff 40 people in a waiting room that only fits maybe 20 plus lack of chairs made it worse lots of elderly people standing up hope I never have to go back there

I agree from other reviewers that the place is always busy. I always see several people working. So they try their best to move people along. They are always nice and never had issues with bad service. I always hear them being nice to the patients and wishing them well when they leave. Majority of people I see here as patients are elderly.

Lab work extraction great. Lab reports a problem. They now say not available to in person. They fax out only. Bummer when doctor does not have the reports.

The wait was over an hour. Find some place!

They only have one person who works here . They open at 7:30 . Place is full of people and since you can't all be inside you have to stand outside where there is a lot of mosquitoes eating you alive. Good thing there isn't much competition in this business.

The Laboratory was clean and efficient. The staff is quite friendly and Spanish is spoken as well as English. The wait is not long and people are brought in in order and without delay.
