They tell you that the doctors in your area takes the coverage.But when you call to see who takes it in my area nobody knows who Jericho Health Services is . I have called Jericho services for them to give me numbers but nobody has heard of them. plus you have to pay a $120 fee which I think is a processing fee.All B.S. they're quick to take your money. But give u no answers it should be against the law
I was lied to when purchasing coverage. I specifically told the guy I needed on obgyn coverage since I am pregnant and was also told I could use this coverage anywhere. I called to schedule my appt just to be told I do not have obgyn coverage on this plan and all the doctors I tried to schedule with has never heard of this company nor do they accept them. So I am out of $300 now an was totally lied to over the phone when purchasing this plan just so this guy could get his commission when selling to me. Worst experience!!!!
Jericho healthcare is the best I was working for another healthcare service and she did not want to give me a raise at all she gave me like a _0.15 raise and I had been there for years that was it. I started off with Jericho at $10:00 automatically I was not making that with the other healthcare service I was with they are awesome Christmas bonus which I was not expecting they do raffles I mean it's awesome they give the employee and the patient a turkey each for Thanksgiving Christmas which is so awesome my other employee never did that either or we never got a bonus either ,and the employees are awesome as well especially Melinda Valdez she's the greatest person to work with I love this place I'll never leave...
Jericho has no MONEY MY SON'S PROVIDER CHECKS HAVE BEEN BOUNCING LIKE BALLS . THEY TOLD HER EITHER BANKRUPT OR CURRENTLY NO FUNDS WHAT A DISGRACE
Case worker Melinda i'm so sorry you never got the W2 sweetie..I have t see you all go due to this.. It was more then just the w2 it was several things 1 I always had to meet. You at random places for my check which was a hassle 2 some how my papers for direct deposit got lost had to send it twice 3 then no check stubs mailed from direct deposit 4 never got a phone call back from you or company 5 never recieved my w2 and couldn't file my taxes for this year so NO im not sorry that my client made that choice im GLAD HE DID 6 Samantha Torres would only call if I missed punched cuz they needed the numbers but never had a answer for my questions which was very fustrating all they would do is pass the phone still you hung up or they took info down but never called an to top it off 7the company is out of Brownsville not even a office is here if I had a question this company is the most worst providing company ive worked for and im sorry but i wouldnt recommand it to anyone neither.. But how funny I got a text this fast about us switching smh...

Very bad experience, my mother's caregiver in Laredo usually leaves very early and being late leaves her without eating and misses very often, I filed a complaint with Medicaid because my mother fell and spent hours in the bathroom and crawling to get close to the bed because the caregiver did not go and Alicia did not send another person and she did not answer my calls or messages. and Alicia tells me that I am very problematic and the caregiver tells me that I don't have to get involved because my mother 84 years old is the one who makes the decisions, the last straw is that as it bothers me obviously due to the irresponsibility of the company the caregiver dared to report me to immigration!!! It will have been seen! In other words, I have to shut up and accept mistreatment towards my mother!!! Please think twice if you put your parents in Alicia's care in Laredo Tx.
