Went searching for a formal dress for my mother. VERY expensive. They had a few selections, but almost nothing in her size. Most dresses were revealing in a way that she didn't want, or really weird/trendy. In the $200-600 range. Friendly staff, but they just didn't have any stock that we were looking for. Disappointed.

The staff was very helpful helping us pick out last minute homecoming  dress for my little sister.

Staff was so helpful.  I needed a dress for a wedding.  The lady helping me was pulling dresses I would have never picked for myself.  She was spot on with her choices. I definitely would go back. Just wish they would put one in Michigan  so I didn't have to drive over an hour to get to one.

Nice upscale store. They had a good sale going on when we visited and we were able to get good deals on a few items.

Found the perfect dress for homecoming!  Quality and price were both great!

New to Dillard's and we love it! We were amazed at the size and huge selection they have for men!  I love the women's shoe selection, purses and they carry my favorite cosmetic brand  Estee Lauder.  Dillard's definitely has 2 new customers!

Definitely the best of the three anchoring department stores in Franklin Park Mall Dillard's, JC Penney, Macy's. The prices aren't even that bad.  Skip Macy's for sure, come here instead.

Nice place, but there are no shopping carts.  Makes it very hard to shop there with back issues.

HORRIBLE AND UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND MY YOUNG ADULT DAUGHTER! The ONLY  reason I gave them 3 was ONLY because the cashier in the mens department  young guywas nice and he  had good customer service.  The whole time we shopped we was followed,  EVERYTIME we picked something up ,someone said can I help  you? While still shopping  one of the employees  and officers  said you can check out here! I in return  said I didn't  say I was ready to check out! Why are you watching  us ? Just because  we are African Americans  doesn't  mean we can't afford  to shop  here and it doesn't  mean we steal! I WILL NEVER SHOP  IN THIS STORE AGAIN! MY DAUGHTER  AND I WAS THERE 2/20/23 AROUND 6:30 -7 P.M CHECK THE CAMERA AND SEE  FOR YOURSELF! It was very humiliating and uncomfortable  for both me and my daughter.  Your store needs some good training! And I STILL spent good money in There  for a polo sweat suit  for my husband
