I am a former patient of Cloverdale Crossing Dental Group. I left because of the unprofessional conduct of Dr. SK. He misdiagnosed a tooth issue and insisted that I have a root canal and crown procedure on a different tooth. He called it referred pain. That did not rectify the issue. He immediately recommended another crown procedure on another tooth. I still experienced tooth pain. I went to another Dentist and he found the problem and did the necessary procedure alleviating the tooth pain. SK was more interested in pushing “Crown” sales than patient care. Please be aware of this dentist. I made a complaint to the College of Dental Surgeons.
I was treated exceptionally well. Loved meeting the staff and first dental is appreciated and Loved I'm so Happy. Been a few years and Loved my assistant. She was very calming and hard working. I really want to say thank-you to her. She made me want to smile and today they removed mask mandate at work. Bitter sweet. Thank-you ALL the ladies . Smiles are worth so much
It was such a horrible experience for me . Ughh! I did my fillings and cleaning from from this clinic, "Dr Gill" gave me an unprofessional attitude and services, my teeth were hurt and sensitive and had unbearable pain after that . I complained them once but again the same thing happened to me and they didn't accepy their mistake. Kindly improve your medical staff and appoint good and professional Doctors.
Hello all, I went to this clinic in October and was told I needed a immediate root canal because it was infected and hurt a lot but it was very expensive so we asked if we could do monthly billing or bi-weekly ones, at the time they agreed so they did this procedure and that got rid of the pain for the meantime. We booked the root canal for December and when we went there and asked about the billing they refused to let us do monthly payments so I didn’t end up getting the root canal. Long story short it got infected again and I went back and and dr. Gill did the same procedure again for free thanks to get rid of pain for a little bit and said they’ll refer me to a specialist and the specialist bill would have been around $2500. Thank god I talked with a family friend who became a dental assistant and she told me to go to her clinic where they did the procedure AND let us do monthly payments. Another thing, the assistants and receptionist really don’t give any clear answers when you ask them anything. My sister in law’s experience is even worse than mine.
Extremely accommodating…but don’t be shy, dentists aren’t mind readers. Let them know if your nervous, uncomfortable or have any questions, they don’t judge…I’m a 6’ tall grown man, and the dentist scares me so much I have panic attacks…Dr. Shaheen Popatia and her team made sure that I was comfortable during my entire treatment.
Great staff here. I tend wait years and years to be seen by a dentist because I have extreme anxiety around going but ive already been twice this year! The staff made me feel comfortable, even when I tried to escape. Lol! While I was there today, the ladySorry I forgot your name! who cleaned my teeth about 2 months prior, recognized me, and talked to me about my root canal that I was getting done today, and even checked on me when I was finished. It was really nice. Do not recommend getting a root canal, but if you have to, definitely come to cloverdale crossing dental! Haha
Convenient location with lots of parking and shops nearby, clean premise, welcoming and organized front desk staff- and good dental treatment in the chair. Come here if you want your dental hygiene in good hands!
I’m new to this clinic & had a great experience. They have a lot of modern technology and we’re very professional.
Have been going to Cloverdale Crossing Dental for a few years now. The whole team has been so professional and welcoming, and I always feel comfortable in their care.
Dr. Gill is amazing and has so much care and compassion for her patients. I had an emergency and she made sure to get me in and help with pain relief.
