All doctors and staff are extremely professional and very polite, you also get a really cool welcome kit. I watched a movie during the procedure and I thought it was fantastic, if you want maximum quality this is the right place, if you are looking for affordable prices look elsewhere, I found it very expensive, but I emphasize that it is a AAA clinic. First time there, I was treated with respect and the staff was so helpful and kind. Place is very clean and organized. I was very satisfied with my first visit. I am a special kind of patient when it comes to dental work but they made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely start my dental treatment as soon as possible.

I am very happy I found this place. After some bad experiences with other dentists, I took a chance on here and boy am I happily surprised. Super clean super efficient office. Dr. Hottie and his assistant who helped were fabulous and did a wonderful job on my teeth. I will be returning and recommending them in the future.

Hands down the best dental I have ever been too. They are extremely honest and give you several options. They don’t put the one or nothing as am option. I was an RDA for 6 years and I have worked with allot of scam dentist. My partner has never ever liked any dentist and took her 20 years to finally agree to go and she tells everyone about them as well as I do. And bonus on my birthday a few weeks ago they sent me a birthday cake for my 40th. Who does that????? And am not talking about some store bought cake, am talking nice nice. You won’t be disappointed

This was my first appointment, and it was great. I enjoyed the time they took to show me around the office, and to get to know me. Friendly staff, efficient, and heavy emphasis on the patient experience. Barely a wait to get started at my appointment. Nice, clean office, and bottled water available to you, a place and supplies to brush your teeth before your appointment, pretty nice touch!

It is a large practice where everyone is equally excellently awesome. They will spend the time to understand your dental health and then to help you understand. I'm so glad they were recommend to me, I cannot imagine there possibly being a better dentist experience.

After avoiding the dentist for a few years and suffering from severe anxiety in anticipation of my visit, I left feeling delighted by the experience. My hygienist, Jamie, was an absolute gem of a human. I am so thankful for her patience and kindness. She was comforting, calming, and caring. I came in with tears in my eyes and left smiling. Very thankful to have a great experience after so much built-up fear!

I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment. I called at 3:30, an hour before their close time for an emergency appointment and they got me in right away. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and personable. After completing forms, they got me into the back but Kelly gave me a tour of their office first. It made me feel very comfortable. They also provided a welcome bag, which shows how much they care about their patients. Once assessed they showed me my cost up front which was so nice to know what I needed to pay before having the work done. The Dentist made me very comfortable during the procedure. The I truly feel like I made the right choice in choosing this as my dentist moving forward. I will definitely be bringing my family here as well.

10/10 First appointment today - wonderful experience. Little things done by office staff & Dentist sets them apart from others:  1. Hospitality -  Guest Service rep gave a quick tour around the building so I knew where everything was at  2. Top notch communication - before any services started I knew what my out of pocket would be. Explained what they were doing made experience much more comfortable.  3. Treatment Quality/speed - was able to get work done in single office visit instead of needing to come back.  Newer technology/office tools showed imaging of exactly what needed fixed - there was no awkward moment wondering if I really needed services.  Highly recommended - keep up the great work Natomas crossing Dental!

Great first experience especially for an extraction.  Front desk staff were friendly, professional and helpful.  Very nice, large and clean office.  My dentist was professional, gentle and was the best tooth extraction experience I’ve ever had!  She made me feel comfortable and made sure I was not in pain.  Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name but she’s Italian, young, beautiful and above all very nice!  So glad I found this place!
