Very professional place, from the moment you walk in the door, you're greeted with a friendly receptionist, and friendly staff, then you get taken in by one of the dental assistants who make you feel very welcome and finally the Dr. Is very personable and friendly and knowledgeable. They did x-rays and showed me everything I needed to repair my teeth, the front office staff went out of their way to itemize all the work I needed done in order of priority; I highly recommend you come here if you need dental work done.

I was so happy with my entire experience at Crossing Dental Group. It had been a while since I had been to a dentist for a cleaning and checkup. The whole staff was thorough, gentle, and make me feel incredibly comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about Lauren, my hygienist who did my cleaning. She recommended great solutions to my teeth sensitivity and the entire process was quick and painless! I scheduled my next appointment before I left the office!!
Great office staff, very nice and welcoming. Had a great experience from the x-rays to the cleaning to the final doctors work. Was pretty much a walk-in visit. I was very satisfied with this visit. They seemed to be very honest. Plus the office seemed to have been through and extensive remodel, equipment looks the latest tech. I never review places but this office and the staff are very well worth it.
I came in for an emergency visit because my dental office was closed and when I called to check if this office was open, Miriam was able to schedule me right away. She was very kind and knowledgeable and made me feel extremely comfortable! As soon as I walked into the office, Miriam greeted me with a smile and got me checked in right away. Ismael was the dental assistant who was helping me get my x-rays and pre work done. He made sure I also felt comfortable and kept making me laugh to make the situation more comfortable. I am definitely switching over to this office as my primary! Thank you guys!
I must say: From the front to the back office I have been blessed to have chosen this dental office! The staff here have been amazing. Always pleasant, helpful and caring. Service with a smile Most importantly the doctors are outstanding! I have had some terrible experiences from passed dentist. I was impressed with how well everything went with my dental work. A good friend highly recommended Crossing Dental Group to me. I was sceptical in the beginning. Now I would recommend my friends and family. Thank you, Crossing Dental for your professional hospitality and always welcoming with a warm smiles. You all are great!
Crossing Dental is amazing the girls are so friendly and helpful and the service is on point with the front desk. The doctors are great and very knowledgeable. 10/10 totally recommend! Jackie and Mirhiam are the best! Mina is the best ! Thanks crossing dental !

I had a very nice and pleasant experience on my first visit to Crossing Dental Group. Office staff was extremely helpful, from setting up my initial visit, to my teeth cleaning and finally meeting and working with my primary dentist it was all easy, welcoming and stress free experience. There office is easy to locate, clean and modern.
Super thorough first appointment, looking forward to getting my dental work done here. Everyone was super nice and Dr Mercer was very informative. Edit*** I left a review because they entice patients to leave a review to be entered into a drawing to win a pair of airpods. Once I got my bill from the insurance, this dental group charged my insurance $1,300 for x-rays and a quick exam! I got NO work done...and they charged my insurance over 1k... and I'm supposed to pay $730... oh heck NO. These guys are scam artists to be charging that for XRAYS and not even cleaning my teeth or working on them!! I go to a holistic dentist who does x-rays for free. I made an appointment with this other office and they charge $385 for a cleaning and exam! I could not believe how the crossing group tries to scam their patients with x-rays prices. I'm honestly so upset and really in utter shock. Never going to them again, and I hope no one else does! Beware!
