"Cloverleaf is an all-age manufactured home community on the eastern edge of Fort Collins, Colorado. Cloverleaf prides itself on establishing a caring community for all its residents.Residents of this pet-friendly community can enjoy time outside at the community park with a playground, horseshoe ring, and basketball hoop. A community clubhouse provides indoor space residents can use to host events or attend special activities. Amenities also include a boat and RV storage area. Clean areas. I could tell the tenants were very happy to call this home. The leading office is clean, well lit, and very visible. The fencing and landscaping is outstanding. Signage is very nice.
I enjoy living here very much and the staff is always respectful and kind. Diana knows what she's doing and acts like everyone is a friend. the new manager Mary Jane is working hard to shape up the park. Jill and Josh are always on top of keeping the park clean and looking sharp and any work orders that we need attention to.
For years this community was managed very well. However the last few years have gone to hell. The previous manager to the current one was awful. She put up a few flower boxes but did nothing to improve conditions and violations in the park. In addition, she ruled the help like a dictator alienating the maintenance crew until both of the long time members resigned. The current manager is absent, a lot, and relies strictness on Diane and Gilbert, and Josh to take care of day to day operation. If truth was known Diane should be the manager. Her and Gilbert know most every one in the park and are well respected. Unless things change I will probably leave the community and I think many others feel the same way.
Community Staff: Asst. Manager - Diana, Maintenance Staff- Gilbert and Joshua always friendly and very helpful . Manager- Mary Jane seems to be gone a lot but hasn’t been here very long so has been hard to get to know. Site Maintenance - is a bit lax. Many sites have things stacked outside that should be in storage buildings.
I recently moved into this community, the people are lovely. Diana Guiterrez is the most helpful lovely woman working hard in the main office. She made me feel welcome and also helped with all my questions.
I moved out of this community about three years ago. This place is all yards full of trash now. Just drive over to the east side, you'll see. Horrible!
Dianna is awesome and always has been. We lover her! Mary Jane has recently become manager. Super sweet and I hope she does great!
Been apart of the cloverleaf community for over 18 years and having Diana, Gilbert, & Joshua in the community has been such an amazing experience. They are quick to help with any situation and are polite and friendly.
The last four managers have been terrible, they treat the residents poorly and are generally unprofessional. Please hire Diane/Gill - they are more than capable of running the park
Roads are horrendous. Most trailers are surrounded by junk. Parking is awful.
