My friends and I camped here last summer. The people and place AND PRICE were great! 40$ a night. We had a group of 4. Well... we decide we want to go back and bring another couple for the 4th. These people tried to charge 150$ a night. I am floored. It is a nice 420 friendly place yes... but no where near worth what they are asking. I honestly think they are trying to use the 4th as a way to rip people off n this saddens me. What way to ruin a great place... GREED. IT'S PATHETIC.
I'm just gonna start here...you Will NEVER find a "campsite" as serene as this one!! Customer service is superb! And locals are "Beautiful People"! I would recommend this place to ANYONE and EVERYONE who needs a reset in life, just some YOU time, and of course the family time! I plan on being back as soon as my schedule allows! Thank you guys again! You have a beautiful family and can't wait to see all of yous again!

Cool spot but please dont buy into this place. The so called “shuttle” to and from the show there was 8+ of us lol was a mini van & we were also told only people going to the shows were allowed to camp during the weekend which was also totally false. Permanent residents live there in trailers and RV’s and asked us to keep it down after we were literally told to have fun and be safe. Very disappointed that they didnt portray this spot to be how it was on the phone at all - find another spot!!
Man I absolutely love this place!!!! Becky and Ron are the owners plus they run the daily operations. Those two are just the sweetest and will do everything they can to make sure you have everything you need. It is the perfect spot to relax, enjoy the river and meet new friends. I walk around with a huge smile all day long. You have to stay a night or 5 and give it a try for yourself.
This place is legit! Great little campground next to the river, fairly priced shuttle to and from the Mish, and a friendly thoughtful staff. All future Mishawaka shows will include a stay at the Columbine Lodge for me. I might even make it up on an off night, the place is that good. Enjoy!
Great campground! Reserve a spot next the river, its a soothing sound to fall asleep amd wake up to. We always camp here when we are seeing a show at the Mishawaka. They offer shuttles to the venue and back. Believe its $15. Well worth it! Everyone is friendly and nice. Scotty, campground captain is a great guy with fun stories!
A great place to camp. It's not remote or anything, gets a little loud and rowdy on the weekends, but staff is friendly and so where the fellow campers. A fair price to camp with a nice convenience store up front for essentials.
