Absolute trash. I call needing urgent counseling/therapy and there no other options out here in the middle of nowhere. Was told "I have a 12:30 and 2:00 opening" I said I'll take the 2:00. Was then told "we don't take reservations it's first come first serve". Wasnt told that the next appointment after the I initial assessment would then be scheduled appointments, my Dr told me this. So I call back and mention this. Was told "yes the first one is a walkin, you'll 20 pages of paperwork and get assessed and in a few weeks you'll be assigned someone" I DONT HAVE A FEW WEEKS TO WAIT ON GETTING THE HELP I NEED. Absolute trash, and the lady who answered the phone both times was rude and didn't care whatsoever. Do better. The entire system is trash.
This is a money racket for legal proceeds. These people are only here for a paycheck, they are not here to help you. If you need actual help seek anywhere but here. They are so unorganized, your files constantly get lost or "deleted" if you're on probation, this place can land you in jail with their poorly organized antics. Worst of the worst government program, this system is so broken it should be burned to the ground and rebuilt from scratch.
Irritated! Yesteday I waited exactly an hour for them to find my missing therapist! Today I came in an hour & half early to try to get worked in early and was told I can't skip ppl but this girl comes in whinning about she missed her appt the other day n she goes b4 everybody even the first appt. Of the day! She held all of us up!
Horrible place!!! Office Staff VERY unfriendly and unprofessional ex.talking about personal gossip while I'm waiting to be signed in, getting appt dates and time mixed up ; I'm so fortunate to have keep appt card to show proof!!! I dealt with it for way too long as the only other places to go is Jacksonville or Wilmington.....but we had to go!!! My 7yr old son is ADHD and after changing meds 4 times in a year results were making him "zone out",tired and lose weight!!! I was I could give this review negative Stars!!!
I've had some of the worst experiences of my life dealing with the Burgaw, NC facility's office manager. She has done nothing but lie and make excuses for why her portion of work is never completed and within a timely fashion. She has trained her staff to lie and make excuses for her. I, personally, feel that she is working within the wrong profession. She's not humble nor is she graceful and goes out of her way to disrespect clientele by speaking to them as if they're beneath her. She's made me consider looking for an entirely different facility to seek services. What a rotten personality. Her attitude is terrible and presence even worse!
Went in for a walk-in appointment, as being a past patient did not qualify me for the luxury and privilege of getting to make an appointment. I was handed a sheaf of paperwork which was around 20 pages. I filled it out, turned it in, and was ignored for an hour. I walked out. I don't know what their addiction treatment is like, but if you decide you want therapy, this place is the last place you should try.
They never called and kept giving my daughter new therapist and not telling me anything and just stop seeing her with a single phone call
Called from Raleigh Health care office to confirm appt for a patient horrible customer service!! never confirmed or returned call.
If you miss a appointment, they stop giving you anymore treatment and leaving you to have withdrawal, so if you need any kind of pills to help you, DO NOT MISS A APPOINTMENT and they sent out remainders neither!
