Dr. Stagg was wonderful with my 6 year old son's tooth removal. She gave us an honest diagnosis so that I could make an informed decision about treatment. The environment was warm and welcoming and she even took care of the extraction on the same day. We are so thankful for her care, "bedside manner," and professionalism.
Finally I have a day off to write this review. Where do I begin? My daughter and just moved into LJ from the state of Missouri. While I’m worrying about adult things of course life hit me with a curve ball. Because everyone knows “Newtons Law”. Well here I am unpacking and my daughter was eating a taffy candy in secret. She came running to me saying her “tooth came out” well, of course I freaked out but when I looked at her “tooth” I realized it was just her crown. I went to google and picked the pediatric dental clinic with the best reviews and goodness they were all onto something. I was able to make an appointment for the next day online and in less then 24 hours, my daughter was seen. Teeth were cleaned, her annual appointment was completed AND the crown was placed back. AANNNND we found a new cavity that need to be treated “of course” remember Newton’s Law.. but they were able to see my daughter again within the same week. The receptionist I’m not sure what her official work title is, so please excuse my lack of knowledge was super helpful and filled my insurance claims for me and within about a week or so I received my refund from my insurance. Talk about patient care at its BEST!!! Thank you to the whole team. Not only was my daughter a happy camper for both procedures but so was mom. The team made us feel genuinely cared for and welcomed.
The Dr and her staff are very nice and welcoming. They an awesome X-ray machine that allows you to see the adult teeth under the baby teeth. My son and I are very happy we found Coastal Pediatric in Lake Jackson.
Dr.Staggs is absolutely amazing!! We just love her & her staff so much!!! They always make us feel so welcome & like we’re besties Dr.Staggs is very detailed with her expectations & talks to the kids at their levels!!! I’m so proud to be apart of the Coastal Pediatric Dentistry family!!! We highly recommend
My 5 year old had to have work done today. It is never a pleasant experience when it’s the little ones having to go through it. Dr. Stagg and her team are by far the most amazing people!! I am so blessed to have found them to take my son to. He was terrified and they made the whole experience so it would be less traumatic as possible at this age. They did wonderful. One of her girls even came to check on me after they to my son back because I started to cry. They let me know that he was doing ok every few minutes it seemed like and made the whole process that much easier! You will NOT be disappointed with this AMAZING team! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Dr. Stagg and staff for taking care of not just my son but us as well.
We put a down payment because we booked on a school Holiday. 24 hours before got notice we would have a bill for $397 to pay before we are the dentist. They require a 48 hour prior cancellation & now we are out our down payment. But they claim a text message will suffice.
We have been coming to Coastal Pediatric for several years and have nothing but good things to share about our experience and the friendliness of the entire staff... excellent customer service. My girls look forward to their trips to the dentist.
11/15/2022- Dr. Stagg is the best! We have had the BEST experience with Dr. Stagg and her amazingly sweet staff. Our son enjoyed his visit and his care was excellent. The staff was available to answer all our questions via phone call and text. We are thrilled to have such an amazing Pediatric dentist/team in our area.
My kiddo is turning 3 soon and just had his first dentist appointment last week. He had a wonderful time! The inside is so cute and comforting, and all the ladies there were super sweet to us. His dentist was gentle and efficient and did a fantastic job at explaining everything to me.
Dr. Stagg is always patient with my boys & makes sure every dental experience is a positive one! I’m very grateful for her office and her staff, from the front desk to everyone we encounter throughout our visits!
