Collin County Tax Assessor

Had to go there 3 times for a car tittle change. The first time the way list was too long over 2.5 hrs for this type of service. The second time the wait time was over 1.5 hr. The last time I had to go earlier about 8:00am and they took about 1 hr to get it done. Once I got to the window the person was polite and efficient.

The new token system is super easy to get notified. Super friendly staff. I have been there every year to renew my registration. Today I had to make changes to the Title and was help by Maria Mo. I should say she is awesome not just in the task, but the way she greeted and thanked. Thank you Mo. An example of service. Plano rocks.

Thank you to all the Ladies who work at this Tax Office. This place is always busy yet, the Ladies are always friendly and helpful. I've been coming to this TX Office for years now, each year it is more and more busy. You will have to wait so plan on that. This year they have added a ticket waitingsystem and chairs to sit and wait to be called.

This place is always busy and they have hired additional personnel. The new ticket system seems to work fairly well and the agents seem to work as efficiently as possible but there are some things you can do: 1. Have your information docs, insurance, etc ready before you get to the window. 2. Ask the clerk for the total and write your check while the agent is doing their work. 3. Be courteous and patient as they're usually doing the best they can.

I was surprised to see how organized the office was. Dropped in to get my vehicle registered and the process was smooth. The announcements were clear and a lot of workstations to get the work done quickly. The staff is helpful and were also happy to answer any questions I had which was a lot

Called to verify this was the correct office and to confirm the forms I needed to bring. Had my paperwork completed before coming to the office. Walked in at 8 am without an appointment got a number and by 8:30 had completed my transaction and was headed home. The staff was courteous and knowledgable.

What a cluster .... waited in the horrendous line take a ticket as long as I could before I had to walk out. Had to watch some employees have breakfast delivered while not serving any waiting customers in their area A.I. please take this business over and save our tax dollars. Will seek out a different location when I can find the strength again, factoring in an exorbitant amount of wait time. Wishing I had a Tesla right now so I could at least be playing video games whilst I wait instead of bathing in that C-19 incubator inside. I prefer to write 5 star reviews... but this place- you can subtract one star from my review. A.I. please take over!

Vicki took us for our car registration. She is the BEST officer I’ve ever met from ALL gov offices. She asks us how we doing and smiles at us!! If Vicki’s manager sees this post, plz consider giving her a raise. Thank you! Made my day!

The woman working #8 on 7/10/23 was wonderful. I brought in two apportioned vehicle title transfers which are complicated and require a lot of paperwork. She handled them with ease and was quick, friendly and professional. She is an asset to your office.

It was good, was in & out within 30mins. They need to hire more Cashiers where there were empty windows to help more people and get Customers out faster
