Very rude, did not greet us when we came in. One employee walked right in front of us & didn’t even bother to say excuse me. Disgusting. Was not acknowledged until 6 minutes into the store. Walked right out. I never rate places but this one deserves no stars.

My experience was great ! Went in with a faja that was hurting me that I was super uncomfortable in and Rosie really made me feel so much better … she was very patient and helpful and everything turned out great ! I absolutely feel great in my new faja from this store !!!!

Worst customer service ever. Extremely unprofessional including management. Their fajas are no good and are pricy. Pls save your time and go somewhere else. Ho the worst part they love talking behind peoples back.

The customer service and quality of their products are amazing! I ordered online and had to do an exchange which went great and without any issues. Ana, the representative, was lovely and very helpful!

This is the first time I use a shaper because I tried to buy some before and they were very uncomfortable. However, this shaper is amazing!! Is very comfortable and works very well in the areas where I want more support. I also want to say the customer service is the best!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to try on the garment on, other places they don't allow that so they saves me a drive just incase i wanted to exchange and they even helped me putting it on i left with it on. The señoras are so nice
