With fresh comforters, linens and pillows in October 2016, we keep our condo super clean! . We have a private cleaning service, so we offer upgraded linens - both bed and bath.
The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and cookware you'll need for your stay. We take great pride in providing an awesome experience for our guests, and enjoy many repeat visitors.

Gorgeous ground Floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath condo -- Colony Reef Resort is beachfront on A1A South, St. Augustine, FL. Solid surface countertops, recently purchased appliances, tile flooring, tons of upgrades! Sleeps 9. Master has king size bed and master bath. 1st guest bedroom has a Queen mattress bed, a twin bed and a full bath. The 2nd guest bedroom has two twin beds and soon we will have twin bunk beds in there! All beds are very comfortable.
Double sliding-glass doors in the family room and also in the master suite---watch the ocean and listen to the relaxing beach sounds.
We also have lots of old fashioned board games, puzzles and movies, and free wireless service.
We provide a full-sized washer and dryer inside condo and very convenient parking.
The kitchen has everything you should need -- recently purchased appliances, including a built-in microwave oven over the stove/oven. The refrigerator has a built in ice dispenser.
Our condo is stocked with all the cooking supplies and utensils you should need!
Awesome oversized patio has its own dining area with two additional chairs and small table. The patio is just steps from the huge pool (18 steps to be exact!). You'll love to enjoy your morning coffee and afternoon cocktails, watching the sunrise.
The resort has a great workout facility with state of the art treadmills, elipticals, bicycles, plus hand weights. You can also enjoy using the tennis courts, racquetball courts as well as the sauna located at the clubhouse. Did I mention you're only 60 steps away from the boardwalk leading to the beach??
Nearby, rent kayaks, jet skis or a pontoon boat and explore the beauty of the Mantanzas bay waters
Just a few miles away, you will find the St. Augustine Premium Outlet Center located on BOTH sides of I-95. You could definitely spend an entire day shopping here!
The water is beautiful, the food is great and you'll have sand between your toes!
For the summer, if you rent through us, it's $1,600/week. The cleaning fee is $100 and there's an 11% tax that goes to the state. In the winter, its $1,250/week. We rent for less than a week during the winter months (after Labor Day until March). The daily rate is $185/day with a minimum of three days. It's currently rented for the entire month of Feb and March.
