Colony Reef Club Vacation Rentals

This is our 2nd time here, with a different condo. The grounds and pool area are very well kept and are gated at the road and bench access. The condo we have this week was not cleaned properly and could use a deep cleaning and some maintenance in one of the bathrooms. The front desk did make it right, and we had a great week. The first time we stayed, the room was perfect. Just so you know, there is no smoking or pets allowed on the property. Would have been 5 stars, but we had to clean the room.

Nice pools - indoor and outdoor. Exercise room and sauna. Security in the parking lot. Room was clean but everything except the leather furniture was worn with use. TV's were a nightmare either they didn't work or they just randomly shut off so we entertained ourselves with other activities. Not enough towels, washclothes, and hand towels - we expected at least 3 of each per bathroom and that was not the case. There were 7 of us.... Appreciated the grill on the patio. Attempted to use the screen on the patio door and was unable to, it wouldn't slide but seemed able to fall without an effort. And we understand the ocean and salty water had a lot to do with the screen. Overall we still enjoyed our vacation.

Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location to spend our time in Florida. The view of the ocean was fantastic, the intirior was a very welcoming ocean theme with everything modern and clean. Has a very good pool area and beautiful boardwalk to the beach.

If you are a young family looking for a reasonable vacation spot it does not get better than this. So much fun! They have rules to keep it family friendly. Lots of children playing and welcome. The owners said the nicest things to us about our family. I plan to spend every may here! The staff is so kind. The management is the most responsive and attentive you will find anywhere. Highly, highly recommend!

This is our second winter staying at Colony Reef Club. They have a friendly office staff, great maintenance worker, and beautiful grounds. We appreciate how well everything is maintained. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, with a great location. The owners are very attentive that's why we are staying again in 2023! Plus we really love the new beach access ramp. Thank you for another great time in Florida.

Awful. Period. We stayed in 1401 and it’s been no dryer since day one. The staff acts like this is new news but since we also didn’t have enough sheets for every bed I find it hard to believe. The microwave doesn’t work either. Just terrible all around. Parking is the worst for everyone. Blue passes orange passes it doesn’t matter. Stay somewhere else and save yourself a lesson.

Some condos are better than others. Ours was one of the less well kept ones, but we also paid less. Beach access is great, lots of kids around, so good family atmosphere overall.

Stayed here for several years. Love the laid-back feel. All units we've stayed in were well equipped and clean. Would recommend especially for families!

What a great vacation spot! Right on the beach with several options to stay having fun. The pool is a huge plus and there's a great big lawn for the kids to run around and play sports...that was a much welcomed surprise. The condo was perfectly positioned to see both the beach and the pool. We loved it and will most certainly be back. We would recommend without question.

Unit 2111 - worn out furniture all under comfortable, patio furniture broken, patio rug dirty, not enuf serving bowls or silverware-could not have more than 4 people, place stripped of normal amounts of basics, washer does not work good, tv in 2nd bedroom cheap and non streaming and small, floor dirty not mopped in a long time gets your white socks dirty, not a gold unit at all, was way overpriced. Don't waste your hard earned money on this unit you will be disappointed as we were and uncomftorable!!!!!
