This is probably the best hotel in Canon city. The owner is incredibly nice. The rooms are great and it's in a perfect location. Definitely recommend. I'd give it more stars if they were available.Rooms: 5/5
Great little motel for a one night stay. Friendly lady at the front desk, very informative. Clean, quiet, easy to find. Rooms: Bed was very comfy and the A/C kept me cool. Nothing fancy. It was quiet, cozy and had a fridge and microwave to use. Nearby activities: Very close to the Royal Gorge. About a half hour to Desert Reef Hot Springs. Food & drinks: Starbucks, Taco Bell and Sonic close by, Wendy's next door. A few Mexican & Thai restaurants.
Quiet rooms on the way to Royal Gorge. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed each. Super convenient location for the Gorge and more. The park on 4th by the river is a must visit and close to your room. Bring swimming gear. The host suggested Skyline Drive. We drove it 4 times. Bring your guts. This will be the scariest drive you have ever done. Dinosaur tracks and bones are there. If you have never touched a dinosaur bone, stop at the top and carefully walk down to the signs. Hadrosaurus bones and tracks very prominently visible.

We stayed here about 17 years ago, we remembered this place and came back sa me great host, same great room best value close to Royal Gorge! Christine is a SUPER HOST she told us a few lil things to do around town and places to eat! Highly recommend this place to any and everyone!!! Thanks again Christine!!!!
