To preserve, promote and execute the best possible fair, in doing so, to educate the general public through use of quality exhibits from farm, home and community organizations. The heart of his fair remains the 4-H and FFA boys and girls who are endowed with a sense of pride and accomplishment in their various projects, rather they be animal husbandry, various craft endeavors or in home daily living. It is also the goal of the fair to enhance community spirit between farm and county dwellers, with an eye toward the endless possibilities of our county.
Welcome to YOUR fair!
The Columbia County Fair is always the weekend after Labor Day in September. The Fair has exhibits from the farm and home including live animals and livestock, clothing, household linens, art exhibits, baking, canning, and main arena events!
