Comb Classic barbershop offers traditional expert barbering services. Each service is tailored to clients needs, specifically to hair and skin type. Every haircut is finished with a hot lather, razor clean up on the side and back of the neck. Our straight razor shave starts with pre-shave oil, hot lather and then accompanied with two scented hot steamed towels.

Not only is the shop clean and comfortable, but the haircut I got from Vito was crisp, timely and exactly what I was looking for. This will be my go-to barbershop from now on.Service: Haircut
Careful… if you do a walk in, you get to sit in the chair and stare at a picture of your barber with Gordon Ramsay of all the people a barber would want to be advertising… I though the guy just had the ends of his hair singed off over a stove, in lieu of a haircut, but I digress. Apparently, that chair charges extra I guess he’s the owner! Paid pretty decent money for probably the most mediocre haircut I’ve ever had…. At least I got to stare at Gordon while doing it… I guess that’s what the extra ten bucks was for.
Been coming here for 10+ years. Always a great haircut. Vito and his staff are pros. I really like their hair care products too! I regularly buy their matte paste and their shampoo and conditioner. I like that they take appointments so I’m in and out. My 2 sons come here too and I’ve recommended Vito to friends.
I have gone here for my past 6 haircuts. I have never gotten better haircuts anywhere else in my 34 years. And its not only the perfect haircut that makes this place so wonderful. It's the atmosphere and ambiance that Vito brings to his work. When I first moved to Montclair last year I tried four different places before being recommended comb. Vito's was the only place that I felt after I left and looked in the mirror at home gave me the perfect haircut. Will not be going to any other place any time soon- MJFService: Haircut

My wife’s stylist told her I should try Vito several years ago - long before we’d all heard of COVID. I booked an appointment soon after, and left with what I felt was the best haircut I’d ever had. When I got home, my wife agreed. I haven’t been anywhere else since, and I have never left Comb unsatisfied. I highly recommend Comb and it’s owner, Vito, if you are looking for a great haircut!Services: Haircut
What is it with barbers ignoring their customers and cutting a kids hair the way they think it should look??? Took my son to Vito for the first time as his normal barber was booked. Sat in the chair and said, ‘don’t touch the length in the back, trim up the sides and take a little off the top.’ Less than a minute into the haircut Vito has a pair of clippers taking two inches off the length in the back! ‘Oh, I think it’s going to look pretty good once I’m done’ was his response. Great barbershop, they really take their time with your haircut. I live right around the corner and found my new favorite barber shop in town. 10/10 would go again
