5/5 stars for Regal Commonwealth Cinemas. We took in a matinee showing of Haunted Mansion. First stop was concessions where we loaded up on popcorn, snacks and beverages for the show. We found our seats in auditorium 17. Seats were comfy and had ample room. Sound was excellent throughout the theater.

Pretty nice! My only complaint is allowing people to purchase tickets at the concessions. Lady in front of me first had to coordinate with someone on her cell phone, then couldn't decide where to select seats, then couldn't decide which snacks. ‍That seemed to take forever. I had my tickets because I used the kiosk, and only wanted an Icee. ‍ But the theater was clean, and the sound system nice and clear. Good screen size. Enjoyed!

I've been a patron for 2 decades and have seen a lot of changes...some for the worse, some for the best. So far in 2023 it's been good. The chairs are comfortable and clean, the facility is typically clean and the staff is nice. I miss purchasing tickets at the booth but realize a lot has changed since 2020, so DIY it is. The theatre boasts stadium seating with large screens and excellent sound. Some theatres seemed to have an issue with air conditioning so a few times it was a bit stuffy but not enough to complain. The food & beverage options are great, they offer an option to order from your phone and pick up. I found that pickup could be a bit wonky during busy times and you may get ignored I was ignored by a manager while waiting so there's an opportunity to get better there. All in all, good theatre.

The cleanest, most modern Regal location in the greater Richmond area. The staff was incredibly helpful as well. A new favorite.

I had bought tickets for Taylor Swift but for the wrong day. The lovely ladies working exchanged them so my daughter and I could still go watch. Amazing experience!

I just want to compliment the ticket-taker, Miles, on his lovely personality and infectious smile. He is the perfect type of person to greet movie-goers … he makes everyone smile! Thank you, Miles! The snack bar attendant was also very friendly.

Great movi experience. Comfy seats and my niece clued me in that there is one refill on popcorn and one free refill on soda. We got large in both, not sure if it has to be that size but figured it's good info to pass along since they're so pricey.

Definitely recommend the Regal Mobile App for anyone planning to come back to watch more movies. It makes everything so much easier. You can see which movies are playing, when they're playing, and it's super easy to pre-order tickets. The Regal Mobile App even allows you to look at the seating chart for the movie and select where to sit based on where everybody is. The online tickets work just as well as regular tickets, and they're also super easy to handle. Grabbing snacks for the movie is no problem and is always a quick thing for me. The snacks are also pretty reasonably priced, a large popcorn coming in at around $10, along with other good foods/snacks. The seats in the theater are pretty comfy and they have a good amount of space vertically between each row. Everything else is pretty much your standard theater. Definitely recommend coming here!

Excellent service I showed up at the theater with tickets for the Regal in WCC, 8 didn’t notice until trying to change my seat. my bad right. The General Manager I believe her name was Leigh was so kind. She fixed the whole thing and I know it was a huge bother she did it with a smile!!

Went to see the Barbie movie. Great atmosphere, service was fast, and food was good. We got pizza, loaded fries, and churros. The seats were great, and there were no disturbances during the movie. The reason I gave it four and not five stars is because the bathrooms weren't clean. Other than that, it was a good experience.
