I enjoyed going to the movies alone on a Saturday morning to see the little mermaid. It made me realize that I should go to the movies on Saturday mornings when no one is hardly there vs a week night/weekend evening/night. The popcorn was delicious! I am surprised that the small popcorn was such a big bag but I’m not complaining.

Clean theaters and friendly ushers made my experience a pleasure! Popcorn was fresh, not a bucket of old crumbs. Be sure you join regal rewards to get the discounts. We prefer the westchester location because it’s smaller than other complexes near us. Great experience today!

My favorite theater to catch the newest release movies. Always clean and plenty of seats available. I like it because it's right off the highway 288. Plenty of places to eat before you go and watch your movie. Never had any issues here staff is friendly and always willing to help.

Nice theater! It was clean, and service at the concession stand was quick! I'll come here again! They did have a problem with the movie and had to rewind and then continue.

High praises for a great movie theatre. They have an unlimited plan where you can see all the movies you want for a fixed monthly price. One drawback. When you use this service you might incur a small charge per ticket. I dont know why but it happens. Other than that it is an excellent choice for a solo mission, date night or an all out family outing.

Movie theatre itself is nice and clean but oh boy is the snack counter mismanaged. Managers should be fired. Not ran efficient, people waiting in line for 30 minutes and missing movies. Customers are irate. Took time and averaged just over 4 minutes per transaction. Get a new GM!

Four employees behind concession stand, one helping person in front of me. Then all four went to the side room and left me standing. When they returned, no one offered to wait on me, I had to ask who could. When going to theater 16, two employees were talking, ignored me looking for which direction to turn. I went to my theater without anyone scanning my online ticket. Wish I had known I could have walked in for free!!

I have not been to a Regal Cinema in a long time... The ticket process was easy, and I loved how I could pick my seat now. I really enjoyed my Nathans hotdog. The popcorn, however, was awful. It was stalelike AMC used to be, and the butter they use was not to my liking. Didn't taste like CMX or AMCnew popcorn. I mainly go for the popcorn, so that was why I rated my experience a 3. I even went back for a refill to get hot popcorn, but the popcorn still tasted stale like popcorn that sat out too long

Theater was nice. Clean . Staff, okay. It's disappointing that you now always have to purchase tickets from a machine there instead of a human! They no longer sell tickets at their windows. If it's a big movie, be prepared to wait in a long line! There are only 2 ticket machines and many people aren't quite sure how to use them. At one movie, my husband stood in line longer to get the tickets than I did to get popcorn, and his line was much shorter than my line. I would recommend you purchase your tickets online beforehand.

This is a very wide open large theater with multiple screens. Getting tickets was easy. There's a self-serve kiosk when you come in. The concession stand was busy yet they were able to keep up with all the people that were coming in. The seating in the theaters was comfortable. The seats do recline and are very comfortable. The sound was good and I could not hear anything from the theater next door, which is always a bonus. Still a good theater.
