Compass has honestly changed my life. The amazing practitioners and staff make you feel like a friend and not a client. The atmosphere is laid back, yet professional. My results from chiropractic treatment have not only helped me physically but in every single aspect of personal and work life! I cannot recommend them enough.
These guys are amazing! Andy is so great with kids. He helps them feel welcome and at ease. The front desk staff are wonderful too. Great experience all around.
After months of regular chiropractic care with only marginal results, I found Compass chiropractic and Dr. Andy and Dr. Kailey. I chose them because their ad said they were a more targeted approach. I was not walking up right, and my pain was a constant 10. I couldn't even get up off the table with out help. I couldn't sleep on my back. I could barely walk. I am now walking upright, I slept on my back for the first time in months, and my pain level is no longer constant and is the lowest its been in months. They've given me back my life. If you are looking for a a warm, welcoming enviorment, and a chiropractic experience that is better then all the rest, you want to go here. You will not be dissappointed.
Dr. Andy was so kind and thorough. He put my 14-year old daughter at ease with his humor and gave us his full attention during the appointment. We didn't feel rushed and x-ray images of her cervical spine were included to ensure chiropractic adjustments were safe.
I recently moved to Montana and was having a hard time finding a chiropractor that would do adjustments for tmj or appendages. I am so grateful to have found Compass I am no longer in constant pain from my jaw. The staff is all so friendly I love them .
Compass Chiropractic is more than just a chiropractic office. I have never received the HOSPITALITY and PERSONAL experience like I had when I first stepped into their practice. I am just beginning my journey with compass and I am already a believer in what they preach whether it’s treatment or just the way they run their office. They take their time with you to make sure it is right for you and the best course of action for your injury. Highly recommend. Lovely staff.
My first visit and I am very happy with it. They even fit me in for an emergency type visit. The ladies there are very nice and professional. The Dr. was very thorough and explained things in great detail. I will definitely be going back there for help with my back problem. I give them an A++ rating!
I have seen remarkable improvement in cognitive clarify as well as drastic anxiety, fatigue and pain reduction as a result of Compass Chiropractic’s excellent care. The company culture is genuinely caring and uplifting and supports their gentle adjustment model. I also appreciate that they value their client’s time. The schedule is flexible and accommodating and I rarely sit for more than a few seconds or minutes in the waiting room. So glad to have you in the Valley and our lives!
I have taken my entire family to Compass Chiropractic from 4 hours away, every time they leave having learned SO much about their bodies. Every person on the team at Compass shows up in the most impressive way for the members of their practice. Regardless of what level of care you need, you will always benefit from spending time in their clinic. Every experience I have with Dr. Andy and Dr. Kailey; through their classes, chiropractic advice, and friendship, have helped me grow as a person. These are people you want in your corner forever!
The staff at compass are super friendly and know each person by name as they walk in the door...Andy has been very helpful and encouraging with my neck and back issues....I love this place and would recommend it to anyone who wants great care.
