The facility is under new management and you can see the improvement. Great place to work.

Proud to be part of a great team. The team at Concord is all around caring. The nurses and aides treat our residents like they are family. The activities team is always on the go: gardening, balloon toss, fishing, and meal outings are a few of the most loved activities. The therapy gym is beautiful and spacious, and the therapists are fun and dedicated in helping residents succeed. The dietary department is top notch, and I don't mind missing a lunch outing for a lunch in. I highly recommend coming in for a tour to check it out.
Great place and caring staff
I was in this nursing home for a while while U was re learning how to walk... this was one of the worst places I have ever seen.. they are not paying attention to their tenants and I used too have to change my roommates diapers because she would ring her bell and they would just sit there and ignore it noon stop.reaallly sad and we as humans need to do better!!
Some aids especially agency little lazy esp agency girls n guys it is a little clicky food reds improving we have some covid ppl right now they do tend to have things come up missing they try here but tend to miss the mark alot good points are activities is a great help Allison drives ppl.to appts goes out for shopping for us brings in food for our cooking fun takes phone calls for ppl visiting plays games cooks treats, plans outings brings in fast foods shops for us creates fun for us etc etc etc Susan works up bingo for us and helps Allison Andrea is Allison's right hand very creative good with Arts plans Art festival etc etc etc... Nurses and aids for the most part are very good I love when our nurses bring in popsicles for everyone
It's a great place for rehabilitation for a program to help people out with walking ! Getting out do activities outside Able to get back to familys The best thing every is get them job around town

The staff is very friendly and always ready to help! Concord may be small but, the care is amazing.
