Excellent, all paperworks are done on the day, took me 20 minutes to endorse my Dog Certificate to travel for Christmas to La Paz. Jose and the rest of the staff are making a good job. Also they modernized all payments, Accepting now Credit Cards, including NFC technology like Apple Pay and Android Pay. In the past all was crowded, now we were just 3 people waiting, since the efficient staff gets done quickly, Congratulations.

Very courteous gents helping and was very quick. Their service and attentiveness was outstanding. Do not have anything negative to say. It was a different group than when I went 4 years ago. Thank you

Is there a website to make appointments?? Does anybody work there anymore?? Nobody picks up.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. First off, when you walk in there, they don't even acknowledge you. There's usually just one person there so if the person or people there have complicated or situations that require a lot of time, then there's your day! On the other hand, the gentleman that was there when I went was very polite and did take good care of us so that star is for him. Bolivia needs to hire at least one more person to do basic tasks and acknowledge people when they arrive because we walked into an empty consular office. More than once.

The two gentlemen that worked on Tuesday, July 6th, were the most patient, kind and friendly workers I have seen in any place I have been. Despite the very busy office and numerous difficult challenges that accompany a consulate, they could not have been more kind or friendly with every patron. The wait was considerable, but only because of the number of visitors on this day. Outstanding customer service.

They never answer the phone!!! That’s not good service!

I had my passport expired and they gave me a salva conducto the same day, and they were super nice with me and super helpful.

Very tough to get a hold on them on phone, but was able to get my visa same day. Make sure you come in with the requisite paperwork, and early!

This has to Be the absolute worst consulate I have ever worked with in my life. After sending in our passport with the money and everything required, after 3 months we still did not receive it back. Every single day we called the consulate, no one would pick up. We probably called over 100 times at different times of the day and not one person ever picked up the phone. We finally sent someone over to the consulate since we live halfway across the country. The consulate said our passport had already been mailed back. We then waited another month and nothing. And now today we get a phone call saying that the passport is still in their possession, but we did not send the return envelope. There should be legal charges against stuff like this. We had already reported our passport lost and have started the new process of expediting a passport in order to travel in one month. This has cost hundreds of dollars and unnecessary time and energy. This consulate should be ashamed of them selves. If I could actually talk to someone I would tell them that, but they never answer their phone for me to express our Dissatisfaction. Do not ever use this consul it. Send to the one in Houston.
