Went to get my dual citizenship without an appointment. They told me that they can't guarantee a spot, but if I wanted to wait and be patient, they might take care of me. I was there at 7am they open at 8am I was there all day till 1 pm, but I got what I needed Advice: Please schedule an appointment online. Please go on a day when you don't have anything else going on your calendar for that day. It could take you all day to do what you need to do Available online appointment window opens Wednesdays at 9am to 5pm, I believe Good luck

I must say, this office and their service is completely useless. Never have any appointments available, every person working there seems to hate their job and their attitude shows it. I understand they have an obligation to provide resources to citizens living outside of Mexico but the government should consider closing this office. Truly a waste of time and money keeping this office open.

My husband and I had a good experience at this office. The clerk, Alejandra, that we worked with was so professional courteous, and helpful. Security staff was just as good. Thank you for making this process so smooth.

ive been calling for days to get more information, and to schedule an appointment and it always goes to voicemail, which of course is not set up. i cant get in contact with anyone.. very frustrating.

Horrible place. Had my appointment at 10:45am didn’t leave till 3:40. the system that they have is unorganized. This place makes the DMV look like gold.

Tried to make an appointment for a family member and the lady on the phone was so unhelpful. Even by listening to the tone of her voice you could tell her sluggishness

The older man that “helped” my mom out today treated her in such an unkind manner. No one deserves to be treated with such indifference. He was complaining to another person about how they haven’t gotten a raise and he has to bring his own personal pens from home because they don’t provide any for them at work, how unprofessional. They were there from 8am until 2:30 having all documents needed for a simple renewal of a passport. It is sad to see how so many people have had similar experiences and nothing changes. What kind of world are we living in. Praying that whoever works there can find the peace and the love they need to be able to help the people they serve.

If you have an appointment, the check in and time to be attended to is good.. the office location is great too. However, issue is the inconsistency with the actual Mexico TRV policy/law. The requirements says one thing and these people say and do their own thing.. So because of this even if you have your everything docs, don’t be convinced you will walk out achieving your purpose.

Horrible service. Be prepared to wait what feels like years to get your documents.
