Jennifer was absolutely amazing and kind! She was quick to respond and everyone loved the cake! I highly highly recommend everyone to buy from her and support this business. It was hard to find a bakery that offered healthier options but I think I found our new place to purchase everyone’s birthday cakes.

Amazing goodies that are full of love and care. I almost didn't want to eat my treats because they were so beautiful. I love that I can trust everything the lovely owner makes because she doesn't compromise on quality ingredients. Absolutely scrumptious desserts that are STUNNING!
This place is absolutely fantastic! A wide selection of vegan and gluten free goodies at a super reasonable price. The service is incredible as well! I recommend it to anyone with a sweet tooth! The linzers are my favorite
We had a wedding and wanted easy and yummy treats. We needed to be able to care for a dairy- free groom, some vegan attendees and several gluten free folks. Jen came through with flying colors with two different treats for guests to have. We had Lemon Blueberry Tarts and Chocolate Raspberry cupcakes. It was amazing! Call her and get a tasting! You won’t believe anything is missing from her wares!
Jen is an incredible baker! Everything she makes is absolutely delicious and wholesome. Completely vegan and cane sugar free! A lot gluten free options as well. Weekly soup and savory items. YUM! Everything is made with organic QUALITY ingredients. Best bakery in Eugene by far!!
Wowww! I wish I could give 100 stars! I had a custom cake made and the owner was suppppper nice and sweet! Definitely can taste the love and kindness in these vegan baked goodies. You can't find this kind of customer service or quality anywhere else these days Thank you cookie conscious!
We love Jen and her amazing cookies and baked goods. When we moved to Eugene from Boulder, CO, we expected to find a lot of bakeries that featured healthy organic baked goods with alternative sweeteners. All we found was sugar, sugar, and more sugar. Cookie Conscious is the only bakery in Eugene that does not use cane sugar or artificial sweeteners. Always healthy and always yummy! And, now you have a store front, yea!
Cookie Conscious is by far my favorite bakery! Their baked goods are not simply delicious but wholesome, as well. Being able to rely on the highest quality ingredients is important to me and that's what Cookie Conscious consistently delivers and what I've come to depend on.
I work next door and go in from time to time to pick up a sweet treat or a small lunch item. The owner is always so lovely and nice and genuinely happy to help with anything you need. Plus, the selections are impeccable. Always a loyal customer here. -Taylor
