I cannot thank this practice enough for taking care of my Bucky cat 9yo. We were with the same vet in Houston, TX for 7 years, moved to Georgia and I'm honestly so grateful to have found them. I would whole heartedly recommend this practice. The staff and both vets go above and beyond for your pet. They take their time to listen and explain.Thank you for everything you did for him.

These guys are wonderful in every aspect. From scheduling, checking in, the appointment, and checkout, they are the best by far. The lady at the front is ON POINT. The doctor and staff are fabulous and take the time to listen and explain what's going on. Everything flows so smoothly but I never feel rushed. My animals love these guys, which makes my life easier. I am so appreciative of this business!

Dr. McGraw has been absolutely fantastic with my boy Elliot since day one. Call me selfish, but I care more about my dogs life than any of the office drama people are pulling into their reviews here. I come here for a service; to find people who will take care of my animals who are like children to me, and do everything they can to ensure they remain healthy. The staff has always been so kind and accommodating and Elliot gets so excited each time we pull up. I can't thank this office enough. I know staff is extremely short but y'all are out here doing the best you can and that is all that matters. We love you!

I don't know where to start with these guys! My God mother referred them to me after my vet decided not to answer phones, Take weeks to get my dogs in,etc. I called to make my appointment and spoke to Kara i believe her name was. Kara was awesome. her customer service skills are one of a kind. As she was booking my appointment she was asking me questions about my dog. Advised me to switch the food he was on. She got me in the same week. Today was my appointment and i was blown away from the care my pup Scar got. The lady at the front desk was amazing. She took scar back and treated my boy like it was her pup. Dr Mcgraw is hands down the best vet any of my dogs seen. She answered every one of my 50 questions i had. Advised me and showed me how to administer my dogs medication... She was patient and loving to my boy scar. Her assistants were top notch as well. thank you guys for everything and we will be back to see yall soon! i will be transferring all my pets to this facility!

We have taken our dogs here for many years. The reception staff are very friendly, and will always try to help with getting appointments, and with all questions. Both Dr. Henke and Dr. McGraw are exceptional, in both their veterinary care, and time and compassion with our pets.

Our first time here, having just moved to the area. They were wonderful, very kind and they had a lot of patience with our shy boy. Couldn't be happier.

I cannot say enough about how kind the staff is at Houston Lake Animal Hospital. Every phone call, every visit they are polite and professional. My last visit was to drop my dog off for grooming and I had my 2 month old son with me, very hard to juggle an infant and excited dog in the presence of other dogs the groomer was kind enough to come out to my car to help get my dog inside. Thank you so much for that and thank you to the staff for always being so wonderful.

GROOMING REVIEW* We do not use this location for our veterinarian services but we do come here to use the grooming services of "With Love Grooming Salon" which is great ! Awesome prices, great friendly groomer and I know my pets will be taken care of here.

All of the staff was beyond professional...they and Dr. John love their patients and it really ups the quality of care and attention they receive. THANK YOU for taking such good care of my fur babies.

These folks are absolutely awesome. Dr. McGraw sees my pups and she’s fantastic. She truly cares about her patients, and her own pets, and it shows. The entire staff is clearly made up of pure-hearted animal lovers that earnestly want to do good for your pets just because they exist. It’s the most unconditional love. How could I not trust them absolutely with my family members’ health? They’re the type of people you can just tell are good by being in their general vicinity. The goodness just pours out of them unintentionally because it’s genuinely who they are. And as a result the world is a better place for all kinds of animals. I can’t say enough great things about this place because of how well these guys are doing.
