I've been coming here for a few years now and this place is always so clean and I can always find a machine to use. The owner is super friendly, nice and willing to help. He loves to keep his place clean. If you forget something he'll put it away for you so make sure you ask before giving up, I once forgot a whole load and he saved all of it for me which was incredibly nice of him. I've never had an issue here. I'll definitely continue coming. The owner is usually around in the evening. The cleaning crew at night is not very friendly, but they come in towards closing time so you won't have to deal with them for long. Just a heads up, there's an old lady that walks in usually at night time she's always talking to herself looking thru the trash but don't be alarmed she's no harm to anyone. Over all, great environment, great owner, great prices, clean and lots of places to go to in case you get hungry

Washers are dirty and my husband was complaining that the clothes just cleaned smelled dirty. Can't use the bathroom had to go find one. The owners needed to do better.

I will never come here again. I’ve been coming here for months and the first time I come and my laundry was in the dryer close to closing time and they kicked me out wouldn’t let me fold my laundry and didn’t reimburse my money that I had on my dryers!! The lady was rude and nasty..

The owner does a good just of keeping it clean despite how crowded it can get. Best time to come us middle of the day weekdays because weekends can be crazy busy. The washers and dryers are large and do a nuce job. Plenty of carts. Only wish there were more tables.

hit it the right time of day, otherwise prime times the place is swarming. It is hand to hand combat to get machines especially if you have lots of laundry. If you are on a budget and don't have any laundry soap, don't worry, these machines have so much residual soap in them from repeated over dosing of soap the water will suds easily. And if you don't use fabric softner, too bad. There is so much dumped in the machine dispensers you use fabric softener by default. They have good choice of different size washing machines, they can handle quite the load as often you see them packed to the limit plus some. Dryers - three walls of double stacked dryers. Expect many to have "not working' tags on them. It is hard to say which age past some of the dryer drums were made - some seem very very worn. I have no clue how often the lint traps are cleaned. The dryers are this facility's little one armed bandits. They seem to take forever to dry a load and keep demanding quarter after quarter for additional 5 minutes. The bathroom - use at your own risk. Never has any paper towels to dry your hands. You are lucky if there is any TP. If you have to sit, bring something to sanitize your arse afterwards and hope you don't end up needing a shot of some sort. Overall the place is filthy. Depends on what you expect from a laundromat I suppose.

The facility is OK. Has small to large washers/dryers. Cheapest washer was $1.75. I used $2 one. Dryer was $0.25 per 7 minutes. I didn't know that and I inserted much more than I should have inserted. The employee there saw me doing that and refunded me. I really appreciated his help and kindness!

Clean and well kept. Works for me! So my first review was two years old and I've been going here more often then not every week since. The guy that runs this spot is there very often and always happily assisting people and cleaning up. Ya it's Hillsboro, ya there may be some shady characters around, but I have had zero problems here and look forward to the owners happy smile and hello when he sees us. Thank you so much.

This place is simple to use and machines are always open, but good luck if you chance on one that takes your change and won't work. Or if you care to purchase any soap. This place typically has no staff working. The doors unlock and they just leave it to the customers. It's a wonder nothing is stolen or damaged. If you do need something, you can call the owner and he'll be happy to help you...in an hour when he actually gets there from his home. I gave this place 3 stars mainly for how easy it is to find a machine and issues don't come up often, but it's very frustrating when they do. I hope they can figure out a better system, like actually having someone on staff.
