I have been with this office for almost two years now and I honestly love it. The staff is super caring, friendly and easy to get a hold off. I have had multiple hospital mishaps during this time and when I tell you they will work with you they will! I also love the fact that they offer a texting option. Sure, they might not get to it immediately but knowing that I can call or text them and get taken care of really means the world <3
Another great visit with Dr. Castro. I never feel rushed and my question are always answered. Very clean office and the staff are very polite and helpful too.
I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. While everyone is friendly, the professionalism falls short. First, I asked multiple times to start getting my prescription at this location rather than my psychiatrist because it would save me money, even though this was confirmed multiple times, every time I tried I to get my prescription filled they said someone else handled it and it wouldn't be able to be filled, this went on for at least two months before they finally figured out how to fix the issue. Next, they called me and I missed their call, rather than leaving me a voicemail, they sent me a text asking me to call them back, nothing more, not even telling me what it was in regards too. I call back and no answer or return of my call. Instead of calling me back, the day of my appointment I call THEM back again and they inform me that they have moved my appointment without even telling me. So while everyone in the office is nice, it's honestly a waste of your time trying to get an appointment or actually be seen.
