Cosmic Cinemas

How can you go wrong with lounge seating, having someone bring you food & beverages and watching fantastic movies with good friends?! The prices are more than fair and the food was darn tasty. We were greeted very kindly upon entering and were silently waited on and checked out throughout the movie without any nuisance and of course the kindness at checkout continued. These guys are great and anyone would have a wonderful experience!

I went to the theater for the first time last night. Two adults and two children to see The Lego movie. Overall it was a great experience. It's very clean, the seats are nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend going to check it out and experience it. however the reason I'm giving it three stars is due to the price. The movie tickets themselves are reasonably priced at $9. However if you were bringing your family it's extremely expensive. If you go on the website you can see the prices. But the individual pizzas are literally the price of a large pizza that a family would order together. There is only one size of popcorn which is of course a large one. And I did not see any candy!!! Honestly I think this is a great idea but they are going to lose business due to the prices and the fact you can only order more expensive snacks instead of just a simple candy.

Movies are well presented with good sound and large comfy seats. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. The downside is the high price of food and snacks. And the menu doesn't offer many options if you don't want pizza. I liked the place and it's a good concept but the menu needs a bit of a rethink before I'd become a regular customer. Particularly considering the same movies can be found at other theaters in close proximity.

Love the comfy chairs and spacious seating. The food is delicious but a bit pricey. We have been there 2x now. The first time got pizza, popcorn and drinks spent over $50, for 3 ppl. Second time got 2 popcorns, milkshakes, lemonade and water bottle spent $44. Service is friendly but extremely slow, hard to get a drink refill. All-in-all, I still enjoy it as an expensive night out with the family.

We have gone to Cosmic Cinemas at least once a month since the opening. We had great service and an enjoyable time every time with one exception. Last Saturday 9/7/19 , was the worst movie experience we ever had there. The male" bartender " would only pay attention to women. The wait staff was without direction and could not get a simple order correct. We order 2 sodas , a pizza , 2 cookies, and popcorn 30 minutes before the movie. Our drinks and popcorn arrive 40 minutes later , with a dropped straw needing to be replaced . 45 minutes into the movie , pizza arrives still no straw , asked server for straw , and refill on one soda. 30 minutes later , get a refill soda , straw and another another pizza we didn't order , never got cookies. We tried to figure out if Cosmic Cinemas hired an entire new staff with the one requirement being " Must be totally inept " We will try Cosmic Cinemas once again , but if we experience the same poor service , we won't return.

Great atmosphere. Like the lounge area and the fact you can order food and eat. They have an okay selection of alcoholic beverages. You also have plenty of space and the seats are very comfortable. Didn't get up once. Was there opening night of Avengers: End Game.

I used to frequent Alamo Drafthouse back in Austin, so I was excited when Cosmic Cinemas opened in Hudson. The ticket prices are reasonable$7/adult for matinee and $7/child under 12. But a place like this makes its money in the food/drink. Be advised, if you’re going as a family, coordinate your orders. There is no kids menualthough Mondays are free popcorn for kids. The personal pizzas can easily be split between kids. The salads are like a huge shareable bowl of salad, not a personal salad, which the $13 price tag should clue you in to. Alcoholic beverages are fairly reasonable$5 for bottled cider, $7 for a glass of wine, but sodas should not be $5 each. If you don’t want to cry about how expensive the food is, heed my advice. The whole night was $150 for everything for our family of 4, but we could have reduced it some by sharing. The movie experience was good. Nice screen, comfortable seats, good sound system, no technical difficulties. The service was good. The food was fair to goodpopcorn was nice with real butter. There was no candy, which is sacrilege, but you can get warm cookies and brownies. At least 2 of the available bathroom stalls were out of order. The bar area is nicely done. Overall, too pricy for us to be back anytime soon.

Pretty comfortable seats but the food is very limited and not great for finger food. Should have chicken tenders, fries or something similar. We were served pizza with no silverware or even plates, just one big pizza on a tray for two to share.

Tonight was my first time to Cosmic Cinemas and it was a GREAT experience! The atmosphere was amazing, the seating was very comfortable in the theater, all while being able to order an adult beverage and good food while watching the movie! And did I mention the staff was A++++? Will definitely go again. Haven't been to the movies in a very long time because we started waiting for them to come out on DVD, or rent from Netflix/Amazon. This experience has changed our minds about going out to watch them again. Thank you Cosmic Cinemas for a great experience!

Excellent movie experience! Food is awesome and the drinks are amazing! Definitely a great experience! Also very clean! The vibe is phenomenal as well. Will be going here way more than Regal! Much classier and more professional.
