Costco

So glad to have come back to Costco after all these years Customer service was above and beyond very friendly so far very glad to have gone back to there from the other... Dealt with a gentleman by the name of Parker could not have been anymore polite and helpful.

They need to fire their cake decorators. We ordered a cake and asked for a lot of roses to cover most of the white space but there's just a weird rose half oval thing. The roses are just ugly. I really can't imagine how the person who did this got the job. They also chose to use the smallest writing possible. A third of the cake is just white. They didn't provide an option to choose the color of the border on their ridiculously basic ordering form so that's just white too. I remember getting some amazing birthday cakes from here when I was younger but clearly the quality has gone down since then. We'll be ordering our cakes from other grocers in the future.

Love Costco here in Reno NV! It is a very large store which has great selections. The quality of the meat is fantastic, along with the produce which is one of the major items I look for at any store. I also love the convenience of home delivery. It is great for items that are too large for me to handle by myself. Keep up the fantastic work!

It's a standard Costco. This one is always insanely crowded, but the one off Pyramid is so far. If you can go to the other location without driving ten miles in the wrong direction I would recommend. I can't decide if the food court experience or getting out of the parking lot is worse. Don't even bother with the gas. You aren't saving any money idling in that line. It has free samples and good deals like any Costco. Nowhere to park your cart in the food court and they run out of tables, like a Costco. It's a Costco in a central location of a growing city. You know what you are getting into.

We had to go to an interrebate check and pick up a couple of things so it was very easy at customer service they took care of us. I needed a new card, they took care of that, right? Awe went shopping, picked up some great items, had a fun time. Snacking and tastingi along the way, we love to go to Costco.

So much better than the Reno store. Has things in stock, employees are around to help and are friendly, more organized, and I'll mention they have things in stock again. I live in South Reno and I drive to the Sparks location - it's so much nicer.

EXPIRED MILK. Not the first this has happened with Costco's products. Bad management and careless staff exposes paying customers at serious health risks!

This costco has a lot to offer, but the employees are really on edge. They do not have hand scanners at the self checkout. You're supposed to get an attendant to scan big items. There isn't any indication of this anywhere. I was yelled at for not knowing this somehow. My local costco is not set up the same way. There is no way for me to know this. Yelling was out of line. Hopefully they update it by adding a sign or hand scanners for the large items.

I always love to check out a new Costco. The first time wethe wife and Ivisited was to update our address to the Reno area and received wonderful service in that area. The next time was our first shopping trip and I have to say that people are courteous and helpful, even other patrons. I have enjoyed my little exploration of the every time I get to opportunity to see what this store has to offer.

This Reno location is very Busy! Even on weekdays. However they have enough staff to make checkout go very smooth. Good food. Good prices. The snack bar has all your favorites including big hotdogs ask for onions. Pizza, chicken bakes and soft serve. Don't forget the churros. Bulk food and goods at great prices.....what more can you ask for?
