The room lobby were lovely. The staff at the front desk were very nice. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Good location as there is plenty of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again.Rooms: 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facility. Nice pool and convenient location. The breakfast was a little overpriced but there is a Cracker Barrel within walking distance. Also, they have an airport shuttle that runs 8am-8pm.
I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received at Courtyard by Marriort Asheville Airport 360 Rockwood Rd, Arden, NC 28704. I took my wife and two daughters on our vacation , and I wanted it to be perfect. Your staff did not disappoint me. Your concierge, Rachel she is really excellent and really great service. I am so thankful for the general manager Kayla. She was kind and understanding. Knowing someone like her is leading the team at the Courtyard Marriott Asheville Airport makes it a great place to stay. I look forward to traveling there in the future.
The morning after the first night stay at this hotel the door and lock to my hotel room would not shut or lock. It was around 6am and the front desk was also unable to shut and/or lock the door and advised me to follow up with management at 8am. As a woman from out of state this was extremely concerning to me considering safety and security. When I followed up at 8am I was greeted with hostility and blunt rudeness from the front desk staff and later offered minimal compensation from management for this issue after the door had been fixed more than 2 hours after it became an issue. When I reached out to customer service to file a complaint I was later told the complaint had been closed and documented as "user error" although their own front desk staff could not resolve the problem and maintenance was needed to fix it. The lack of hospitality and basic safety and security at this establishment really put a damper on our trip and we felt unwelcome by any hotel staff and utilized the Target store across the street for anything we did need. Marriott customer service and cooperate offices were of no help in this issue and offered me minimal discount on my awful stay and minimal points toward my marriot account to "apologize for the inconvenience." As someone who has worked in hospitality I was appalled at the way I was treated at this establishment. Safe to say I will not be staying with any Marriott establishment in the future.
My husband and I just spent 4 nights in this hotel. We were very pleased. It is a great location near shopping, restaurants, and easy highway access. The facility is very clean and well-kept. All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Rachel checked us in, and went above and beyond to make sure that we had an excellent stay. Jacob, in maintenance, keeps everything in perfect working order. We are already looking forward to staying again.
My favorite hotel anywhere. I’ve stayed here over a hundred times because we have a business close. The staff is friendly. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. The pantry is always well stocked, including a small selection of good beers. Plenty of food options within walking distance, in addition to the Bistro options which are fine - not great. The little porch area with a push button firepit is the perfect spot to wind down your day. Fletcher Courtyard checks all the boxes, and better than most higher priced hotels.
GET PRINTOUT OF CHECKOUT! Here on business and training ended a day early, verified the night before and front desk confirmed our day early checkout by 1pm the next day...we are Platinum members and never get printouts just email confirmation... after not receiving one especially checking out by 11:30am we contacted them....they said they won't check us out until 12am that night....we called corporate after him telling us he would "flag" us with "all" of Marriott if we disputed the charge. NEVER have we run into someone like this in any Marriott. Document EVERYTHING. Other than the unprofessionalism of management....it's a Nice hotel...in need of a refresh . The hallways smell pretty bad.....but I was very surprised at the low level of highway noise. Windows are VERY well insulated.
We were tired and decided to stop here kind of late around 1030p. Check in was quick, room was very nice and clean. Starbucks in lobby opens at 7 am cracker barrel right next door, opens at 8 am. Very glad we stopped here. Refreshed and ready to continue the journey!Rooms: 5/5
