Creek Casino

Everything seemed to be a secret here. No one mentioned benefits I was entitled to upon checking in. No one mentioned a festival that was taking place during my stay that made me park on the other side of the resort. BB Kings restaurant was playing "EXTREMELY" loud raunchy music with vulgar & explicit lyrics. You couldn't even talk to your dinner companion because you couldn't hear one another. The slot machines were the tightest I've ever experienced. Playing $1,000.00 without a bonus is absolutely ridiculous. I will stay, nor recommend this property to anyone. Totally disappointed.

First, do yourself a favor and go to Wind Creek Casino in Montgomery Alabama. This casino is very beautiful, the bathrooms are immaculate, and the atmosphere is definitely more laid back. The food is so delicious and the staff is very professional and attentive. This casino has much more to offer. Don’t take my word for it, just see for yourself. We met several nice people there during our visit and will definitely be planning our next trip to return to this casino only. **** We had an awesome time! Room was very clean and stocked. Great water pressure. Front desk clerk was so helpful and assisted me with all of my needs and questions. I didn't know about using valet to park so I ended up parking myself and walking across the parking lot with all of my bags, and it was Hot. Overall the stay was fantastic. Thank you. Had a great time.The hotel and room were first class. Very comfortable bedding and seating area. The hotel offers 3 great choices of restaurants casual, semi formal and formal is how I would describe them. I did think the cost of the rooms was a little expensive. I didn’t think the price would be that high at a casino. It was my first time spending the night in the hotel casino. I only came to celebrate my birthday and for live entertainment which was Reid’s sounds of soul and they were great.

The casino was awesome. The front desk staff friendly and engaging. The room service timely and delicious. The rooms clean and well appointed. But forget sleeping....if you are lucky enough to fall asleep you can be guaranteed to be woken up in the early hours of the morning. The guests think the halls are for partying and fighting. And yes, we called management. We hoped it would be different than the last time...we were wrong.

Me and my wife had a blessed time,we had two comp nights. We were in a room with two queen beds,thank you Windcreek for a wonderful time.The employees are very kind,did not win,but still had fun.Rooms: 5/5

We just had an okay time here. We liked the smoking room but the games were advertised as being the loosest in the southeast but not in my opinion. They were tight as hell. Nice drink stations/bars set up all thru casino was nice. We might return but honestly like Victory Land better even though it gets a bad rap and is way smaller. They are both an easy drive from Atlanta

Really a nice time staying here for the Poosa Q BBQ event. All staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful. If I had to complain about something, it would be the self park is quite a ways away on the other side of the casino from the hotel entrance and that I almost had to wrestle a luggage cart from a guy when we were unloading our vehicle. I like to do things myself but he kept insisting he do it for me. After the fifth time of saying "I like to do it myself", he finally relented.

Good place to go for a quick getaway. The staff should keep the fountain drink machines cleaner that is the only not so great thing. I would NOT drink from the fountain drink machines not so clean dirty. Other than that nice slots.

Everything was great with my stay and I definitely have to say that the BB King restaurant has the best food with the best presentation in appearance. The short lady with the long dreadlocks that work the morning breakfast shift is the best waitress everytime. Love this place.
