Had a great time.The hotel and room were first class. Very comfortable bedding and seating area. The hotel offers 3 great choices of restaurants casual, semi formal and formal is how I would describe them. I did think the cost of the rooms was a little expensive. I didn’t think the price would be that high at a casino. It was my first time spending the night in the hotel casino. I only came to celebrate my birthday and for live entertainment which was Reid’s sounds of soul and they were great.

The casino was awesome.  The front desk staff friendly and engaging.  The room service timely and delicious.  The rooms clean and well appointed.  But forget sleeping....if you are lucky enough to fall asleep you can be guaranteed to be woken up in the early hours of the morning.  The guests think the halls are for partying and fighting.  And yes, we called management.  We hoped it would be different than the last time...we were wrong.

Pleasant trip and stay. Would suggest more security in the casino portion. I witnessed two separate incidents on Friday and Saturday where two separate drink people should have been escorted out. Two grown men were about to fight and housekeeping was there to deescalate minutes before tribal police showed up.  Food & drinks: The food and service at Lucille’s was excellent.

It's hard to gain at this location. It's even harder to get into the lounge for Delight cards. I feel that if your host isn't at this site, the services received are lacking.  ...This is the only Wind location that I've been to, where it takes an add of congress to get a bottle of water. Water isn't offered as one of the drinks on the machines. Your told to, locate a server to bring water to you. I can only assume that this location don't care about non-alcoholic drinkers!!

Me and my husband went down as a getaway for the day. The people there are super nice and polite and very courteous. It was a great day to get away. We will definitely be back soon.  Food & drinks: The drinks we great...

Loved every minute of it! We had valet parking, people were even unloading our luggage and took them right up to the room we were staying in it was awesome! The room was just wonderful I really loved the shower. They had shops, restaurants, and any kind of game you want to play! They really make you feel welcome, I would definitely go back!

My first review of this location several months ago was only after two visits, but after going here at least 7 times afterwards it has become my first stop for me. I hang out for at two hours here before heading over to the one in Wetumpka .You know how it is, making that round before heading home to Alex-City The atmosphere is good once you get use to it as do all things over time. It is a great place to go to and as anyplace you go to today, you need to stay aware of your surroundings when leaving. Be safe and have fun y’all

Me And My Wife Had An Awesome Time At The BB King Restaurant. We Had Some Great Entertainment From The Live Band And We Enjoyed Some Awesome Drinks At The Bar And We Also Had Some Fantastic Food. Everything Was Outstanding Really, We Will Definitely Be Back For More Outstanding Service, Food, And Entertainment.Rooms: 5/5

It was ok didn’t expect for them to mess up my pre booked wedding trip when they asked us to leave after asking my family to upgrade to a suite for $100-150 more a night which I happily said ok to get my bags in a room after being there for two hours already for a maintenance issue they said then to tell me on 3 day of 4 this room is booked for tonight and the hotel is sold out! I would not go they are under heavy remodeling unless u can sleep through loud noises from 8 am -5pm!!! Go a hour down the road to other wind creek

All staff members were friendly and helpful. My room was nice and clean. I had a very nice stay at Wind Creek in Montgomery.  Rooms: Nice and clean.  Walkability: Everything was convenient.
