Great Place. Quiet and lovely harbor views. Conveniently located to beach, food, shopping, highways and again yes, the BEACH!!!

We have been here two years. Love it. The property manage is awesome, for the pool fixed up and opened. The people in the neighborhood are some really friendly folks.

THE PARK ITSELF HAS SUCH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS AND COULD BE ALOT NICER. MANY FOLKS STILL TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR HOMES AND IT SHOWS. BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT ONE OF THE OWNERS WHO HAS PROPERTIES IN DIFFERENT PLACES BUT HIS CONWAY PROPERTIES ARE IN DEPLORABLE CONDITION AND HE IS RUNNING THEM INTO THE GROUND. HE A L BUTLER , DOES NOT MAINTAIN OR REPAIR ANY OF HIS PROPERTIES. SOME HAVE NO HEAT, BROKE HEAT, BUSTED WINDOWS AND DOORS, LEAKS EVERYWHERE WHICH WAY THEY COULD, HE HIRES VERY UNKOWLEDGEABLE THINGS TO PRETEND TO FIX THINGS AND THESE THINGS DO NOT KNOW THEIR ARSES FROM A HOLE IN THE GROUND AND DO NOT FIX ANYTHING BUT THIS WAY IT LOOKS GOOD IN COURT, THE HOMES THEMSELVES PRETTY MUCH APPEAR NICE FROM THE OUTSIDE, THAT WAY NO ONE KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT THE LIVING CONDITIONS HIS TENANTS SUFFER IN, BUT ONE THING THAT GIVES IT AWAY IS THE SHAPE OF THE DRIVEWAYS, PARKING, THE TREES HANG FULL OF VINES WHICH CHOKE OUT THE TREES AND KILL THEM AND THEN THESE TREES ARE VERY UNSAFE AND HE WILL NOT SPEND A RED CENT TO TAKE CARE OF THEM I MEAN EVERYONE WANTS TO MAKE A GOOD LIVING HERE BUT AT THE EXPENSE OF HUMAN LIVES ????? MONEY IS NOT WORTH THE LIVES OF OTHER HUMANS. SO LETS HOPE CREEKSIDE DOES NOT END UP IN RUINS LIKE HIS OTHER PROPERTIES.

We been here a short time but love it and it is quiet and neighbors are friendly and children has a nice place to play.

Pool never opens anymore. Tennis courts are unusable. Houses have been broke into all over the park. High crime area.

Location, location, location We hope to m move there

It's a dunghole but has a nice marsh view. The people who live here are mostly trash and very rude.

If anybody knows of something for rent in Creek side let know please I've tried everything to look up for rentals in this area but I've had no luck.
