Wonderful fun experience. With amazing service and cleanliness. Thank you for the great stay.
Very friendly. Mostly seasonals. Beautiful beach. Sites are small but manageable though crowded in.
Wonderful last minute stay! Very accommodating and friendly!!! Our family had a great experience tent camping and highly recommend. We appreciated Mark's kindness and hospitality.
Great place well maintained, large Beach, and the people in the place are pleasant and very friendly. Love the new outside showers. always see the owners in the place doing something and if you have a problem they are willing to give you a hand in any way they can. Stayed there once last year, twice this year in planning on going back.
please note you can not stay here with a card, they accept cash and tenting is 25$ a day plus and added 11$ per added person that I was not told about until payment even tho I had called ahead. This is in fact a quiet camp ground mostly rv and camper. Not many tent sites, however tent sites do have water and electric which is nice! They have a rec hall with a poll table $1.50 to play with a library as well with a good assortment of new and older books. The owners are fairly polite and on a good mood most of the time. The showers are nice, nothing too special ,but very private! Which I like alot. One shower for each gender so the privacy can get in the way if you would like to shower and someone is already there. The bathrooms are well kept and clean. And they also have live music on holiday like memorial day you can buy firewood 45$ for a bucket load. You are provided with a fire ring if you are in a tent site. However max stay at the tent sites is only 1 week. Reason being I was told was they have to only have tenters that long for when they are " audited ". Quiet time here is at 10 and no guns are allowed on property. gun owners should know pets are allowed here and there is a friendly cat named fester that roams about. There is a small shop at the office that has a few snacks and things alike but during the time I was there it was never open. There is no WiFi anywhere and Signal here could be for some people spotty. There is a family near the camp ground who has police there often and they shoot guns a lot , not the camp grounds fault but still not pleasant. Deff bring your bug spray to this camp site! Lots of bugs and a lot of ticks!! Once again not the camps fault just what it is. There is also a nice lake with a dock and covered picnic place. With electrical outlits! So that is nice to charge ur phone if need be! I enjoyed my stay here, but I really recommend for price and what you will get is Mascoma lake campgrounds in Enfield!
It was awesome! People so.... friendly. Looking forward to coming back!
Crescent campsites went above and beyond for us, everyone here is so friendly and it is a very family friendly environment all around. The campsites are well-equipped and extremely neat and clean. We could not be happier! I'd give it 10 Stars if I could!
This is our "home" in the summer - a great place to call home!! Peaceful, relaxing, surrounded by woodlands and wildlife, the sounds of owls, loons and other birds - just a great place to relieve the stresses of life, sharing a campfire with really good friends, or enjoy a kayak ride on Canaan Street Lake!! Life just doesn't get any better than this!!
Put simply, I prefer avoiding confrontations with campground owners in the middle of the night. We had been kept up literally half the night by loud music playing from two different places in the campground. The owner graciously made sure that one Silverstream stopped their loud music on their outdoor speaker at the 11:00 quiet time, but that same owner was at the central fireplace by the bathrooms at 1:45AM playing loud music herself that we could clearly hear the lyrics to in our tentsite 100 meters away, as well as the f-bombs being loudly dropped in their conversation When I came to ask them to turn the music off so my young children, or my brother's young children at another site, might be able to sleep, the partiers said "We are with the owner!" And the owner indeed insisted "I will turn it down, but not off," with no apology for keeping up her campers. Selfishly playing loud music three hours after curfew is one thing from a fellow camper, but I have never seen or heard of it from the owner of a campground. I came to the office to talk with her in the morning, but the office was still closed 90 minutes after it was advertised to open.
People are friendly. Lake is amazing. Clean all around. Kid friendly. Just a great place to enjoy the summer... Grandchildren camp for free.... win win.
