Crofton Nails and Spa

It is too bad that the professionalism of part of the staff does not match the manager/owner's responsibility. After almost 5 years of patronage plus good recommendations to friends I should end my relationship with NAIL CENTER 1661-A Crofton Center. It is sad that after all the above I must terminate our business relationship. The lack of customer service with others plus your roughness toward me this morning has been the stroke that broke the camel's back. When a customer is mistreated and the manager does nothing to correct the mistake made, shows a lack of interest from the owner/manager to bridge a bad situation and attended to the customer's needs. Finally, this is not about a $ 0.95 water bottle y the lack of responsibility from the owner towards my person.Services: Pedicure

I went early, got seated immediately which I expected. The young female started, mind you I not fond of scolding hot water but I get it. She asked me what service I wanted I said the Pedicure with callus treatment 30mins. Needless to say, it didn't last but 11 minutes and 7 mins was on rubbing my calf and my left heel is on fire feel like it was cut. Worst ever my left foot still has the callus on the ball of my feet. No lotion on my feet nothing was done at all. Mind you I have lived in Crofton for 20 + years and heard they were bad. I had to experience this for myself....I learned my lesson today.Service: Pedicure
